Very friendly and helpful people that work there. Got me on my way to better sleep.

Was referred to get a sleep study done. Wanted to do the at home one first as you can get a diagnosis off that. I happen to have a friend in this business and she told me what to ask for, was told by the clinical director that my friend didn’t know what she was talking about. (Unprofessional as at the time my friend still worked there) Lori the clinical director gave me attitude and yelled at me for not following her directions of not getting a sleep study done on site. However, what Lori didn’t know was that I have a child that I could not be away from and have anxiety doing an on site study as it puts me, a woman, in a position where I will be asleep with a man watching. If she wants people to come into this practice and do something like that it should be considered a safe environment, after her attitude and the way she spoke to me it was no longer a safe environment for me and the reasons why should not have to be explained to her. That’s none of her business. It’s her job to create a safe environment to obtain information from her patients that could help them to figuring out if a diagnosis is appropriate. From what I’ve been told this place can’t pay their employees so they should probably just shut down- but at the very least Lori should have 0 contact with patients.

Very Poor Doctor. He is difficult to work with as well as harassing. I will never go back there...

First appointment I had with this facility they showed me around and charged me $45 dollars. There was no medical review at all. I did a at home sleep study which was $164. Then they advise me I needed to do a in house home study which would be $645 dollars which I could not afford so I asked if there were any options, I was told you could come in and talk to the Doctor. I asked if he would be able to call instead and she laughed condescending and said no. Go somewhere else, as this company only cares about charging you.

I'm not familiar with the staff at the facility but I work for a PCP and have had the pleasure of interacting with Frank on several occasions. He is very knowledgeable of the services they provide and is genuinely concerned that the patients are receiving the best service possible. We hope to continue referring patients to American Sleep Medicine and working with Frank!

Absolutely stellar staff! Highly recommended! I’ve completed 2 of 2 overnight appointments, and the staff was fantastic both times, day 1 was with Christina (amazing) and day 2 was with Coral and Lawrence (amazing). On both occasions I was set up for success and left satisfied with what we were able to accomplish.If I could do it over again, they would be my first choice.If I could give advice it would be to arrive tired. I made a point to be dog tired on my second visit and it was so much easier to sleep that night. I don’t have any advice on billing, Tricare seemed squared away on that side of the house, but it seems like insurance is a frequent comment, so recommend having that all lined up before day 1.
