Dr. Kulak did 3 surgeries on my eyes with amazing results. The experience from the beginning to the end was so much better than I could ever have expected. From the time I walked into Dr. Kulak's office until my last visit, the care was excellent. The entire office staff were very kind, professional and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Kulak.

Dr. Kulak did an excellent job with my eyelid surgery. She is thorough, taking time with each patient and never rushing through the appointment. The office staff is totally professional, and the office is organized and well-run. I’m very happy with the results of my surgery and would recommend Dr. Kulak.

Dr. Kulak was very nice & took the time that you needed to get your questions answered both in the office & in surgery. The staff in the office was very pleasant and also in the surgical area. I would recommend Dr. Kulak to all my family and friends. As a matter of fact, I took two friends with me when I went back for my post op visit. One made an appointment for when I go back on the 20 of June and the other made an appointment for her husband because he had gotten poison in his eye from spraying the house and they called him in right away. So yes, I would recommend Dr. Kulak.

Short waiting time- assistant was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Dr Kulak will spend as much time as you need and you don't feel rushed. Very knowledgeable in her field and would highly recommend.
