Andrew Brown's Online Review Report Card

I scheduled today’s appointment one month ago. I provided my phone numbers and email. I pre-registered online last week, and confirmed the appointment when called a couple of days ago. I also called the office yesterday to ask where their procedures are done. All of this, then I arrived today only to be told they do not take my insurance—they claim someone tried to call yesterday, but they did not. Besides my time and trouble, my husband took off the afternoon from the business he runs to drive me there. I reported all of this to an office manager, Amber(she was great), who completely understood our frustration, saying there were 3 areas in which this should have been caught, and she will follow-up with them all. Now I am thinking about the SIX different times I was told that they charge for a no-show visit—I never met Dr. Brown, but wonder if we can bill him for OUR time and trouble? Now a procedure I could not get when Covid was rampant is postponed even more. I am a retired RN and knew Dr. Borland personally back in the day—this would not have happened on his watch.

Dr. Brown is the best!!!He goes above and beyond for his patients!He is empathetic and treats you like family. He is one of the only doctors that took time to explain my issues to me and doesn’t treat me like a number. He found out what was wrong with me when no one else could!!!!!

Well, we being going there for a while and seems to be ok, but then is time for my son's procedure (Liver biopsy). I think they were running late his appt was at 11:30 & was seen at 2pm. 1st complain never saw the doctor before or after the procedure. 2nd they took my son to the radiology dot where they will performed the procedure, they didn't wait for the anestethic to take effect they were in and out. My son told me that he felt everything & was bad, when he complained the Dr. just stated put more medication, but if you don't let it work doesn't matter. 3rd as of today no-one from that clinic call to see if he was ok or not.

Dr. Brown and his staff are so amazing. They really helped me get back to a normal life after so many issues with my health. Thank you - Dr. Brown!

Dr. Brown is professional as well as personable. I did not feel rushed during my appointment, he took time to explain things and has a great sense of humor. Highly recommend Dr. Brown for any of your gastro needs.

I wrote a review in another site. The procedure that they performed was a liver biopsy. They didn't check (dr) the patient before and after the procedure, they didn't wait until the anestethic was working the patient my son felt the procedure and when he complained about it the Dr just stated put more, like that was going to help, they need to wait for the medication to work. As of this,day no-one from that clinic call to see if the patient is doing ok.

Dr. Brown has been treating my elderly mother. I find his care to be very conscientious. More than that, though, are his communication skills. He has called me personally to discuss her care. Whenever I call the office with a question, the very kind nurse calls me back, usually the same day. The office staff is warm and friendly on the phone.

I have Hepatitis C. Dr. Brown has been treating me for several months. Although there is no cure (yet) he has listened to me and known a way to treat any pain I am experiencing, ordered Cat-scans, sonagrams and lab work on a regular basis and kept me updated on the progresion of the disease. He has treated me for excessive adema. I have lost weight and got my energy back and am now exersing on a regular basis, feeling better than I have in years! Thank You, Dr. Brown.

My overall experience with Dr. Brown has been great. He literally saved my life. His diagnosis was meticulous and accurate. He is an excellent physician.
