Dr. Bunnell is amazing but unfortunately to much power and life decision making is given to residents under Bunnell who's brains must be stuck up something such as Dr. Thomas who turned my husband away when he begged crying for help. A 3 inch cancer tumor was discovered a month after Dr. Derrick Thomas sent my husband away telling him there was nothing wrong with him. It was to late for my husband by the time someone would listen to him.

After waiting 1-1/2 hours, a resident came in and asked questions and then left. The resident came back in 30 minutes to offer suggestions. Mouth rinse for OLP and muscle relaxers for jaw. Never suggested scan or MRI. Said to come back in 2 weeks, maybe do biopsy then. Dr Bunnell came in as I was about to leave (2 hrs later) and said the same thing. I went back in 2 weeks, never saw Dr Bunnell only resident who did biopsy and said they would refer me to Oral Medicine????

Dr. Bunnell performed a fibula graft, which was used for my mandible reconstruction. He's a top rated OMF surgeon who has the right experience to resolve many problems in the head and neck. Highly recommended!
