Dr. Reddy is wonderful - everything you hope for in a doctor, patient, concerned and attentive. Unfortunately, his office staff is inefficient, dismissive and unconcerned. It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or explain things when you are in the office. It is also very difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Reddy. I don't know what is causing these problems, but I sincerely hope they are remedied soon because he is a doctor I would like to keep.

My interactions with Dr Reddy’s front office staff was less than professional. They did not take the time to listen to what I was trying to communicate to them. Finally after 30 minutes of getting nowhere, I told them to cancel my procedure. Since the front office is the first interaction with the Dr, they forced me to go out and find another one.

Made all arrangements with front office regarding out patient procedure and then got socked with $600+ bill for lab analysis because samples were sent to wrong lab. Dr.s office and outpatient surgery center blamed each other for mistake, and left me to pay the bill.

He performed a colonoscopy and endoscopy on me without incident. Friendly and knowledgeable. Follow up for results was handled well, although the wait time was excessive.

This fool scheduled a colonoscopy for my husband at 1:30 pm in the afternoon!! Who in their right mind does that!! It's absurd!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Reddy for over 10 years. I feel he is knowledgeable, caring and has nice "bedside" manners. I hope he retains his practice for years to come. FHL

Very poor experience. Dr. Reddy performed and ERCP and put a stent in my bile duct. I was even more sick afterwards and was in the hospital. There is so much more to my story. To make a log story short withdrew myself from the hospital and went to another Gastro. in town. He removed my stent because it was crushing down. He removed the excess tissue and I was released that same day. I do NOT recommend Dr Reddy or his practice at all.

If ZERO stars were an option that's what I would rate this office as. Dr. Reddy is a great doctor but his administrative staff is absolutely incompetent. Three days of calling multiple times through out the day with no answer. I just tried to call for an hour straight with no results. That is not a coincidence or a bad day, that is carelessness and blatant disregard for your patients. I am appalled by the level of ineptitude and obvious lack of professionalism this office displays.
