Dr. Ketty is the best primary care dr. I have ever known. She is bright, honest, articulate, knowledgeable, caring, humble, and mostly on time. If she is late, she apologizes. That's the kind of person she is. I have referred my mother, husband and many clients to her. The most common response people make about her is "I love Dr. Ketty". I trust her with my life and the lives of my family.

It takes about 2 months to get in for an appointment. Everytime I have gone for an appointment I've waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen. One appointment I made and waited 2 months for in which the doctor left early and was unavailable to see me, but I was never informed of this and showed up anyway. Every issue is referred out to another doctor. The medical records are inaccurate and medications handwritten in my history were never typed into my record. Very poor experiences here
