4th floor or 4c is where I was posted up for 8 days. The quality of the nursing staff here is unlike any Ive ever seen. Theyre some of the most caring knowledgeable and outstanding people Ive ever dealt with. Every single one of them have the most incredibly attitudes and all work flawlessly together as a team. The nurses and doctors here deserve all the recognition possible. Absolutely some of the most amazing people. I feel incredibly blessed that this is where I had to be in one of my worst times of my life and yet lucky to have had this team get me through these health issues. Every single day I was here I had the best care and everyday I said to my husband my nurse today is amazing. Above and beyond. Then the next day my new nurse would be just as amazing. To the whole unit on the 4th floor believe also known as 4c you all are amazing and set standards that all hospitals should have. Thank all of you for getting me through this awful time. The care and compassion here is outstanding and I literally couldnt have asked for anything better.

currently sitting in their ER in severe Kidney pain. I was checked in over an hour ago and have been passed over multiple times by other patients. And when I asked the lady at the front desk when I would be called back she was extremely rude and told me to go to the back of the line. This is the 2nd time I have been treated this way at this same location. They should really speak with their employees about how to properly handle patients that are in pain.

Do NOT go here for COVID TREATMENT They are placing people in this ward looking unfinished area where patients are unmasked couching into the air defecating out in the open the nurse staff takes forever to acknowledge patients calls for help with a red light that hangs over head no privacy and no regard for life. This really needs to be investigated

The care of elderly is absolutely terrible. Why can’t the care for elderly be like the care for cute little babies and kids. They deserve the same level. Just because my mother is bed bound doesn’t mean she should be ignored. She is VERY ill and needs help eating and turning…. Now she has bed soars. She isn’t getting better because of the lack of care.

They lack integrity and accountability. They lie and of course stick up for each other on their lies. I would definitely stay away from 5A because the staff there hate travel nurses and are rude. They make things up rather than communicate effectively to you. The manager Sue is a liar. The director Desiree is the ring leader of lies. She told me in the interview that I’d have 16 patients yet I got there and had 18 and when I mentioned it to her she then retaliated against me by slandering me with lies and many false accusations of which none of them she has any proof of. The other units I floated to were nice but 5a is terrible. No ethics whatsoever and just not pleasant to work with at all.

IDK what has happened to the medical staffs caring for the patients first before anything... I see now its more about whether you have Medical Insurance before they even consider giving you the best help you possibly need at that time.... I use to recommend this hospital over any hospital anywhere in Montgomery the surrounding area but NOW..... Go anywhere else but DONT GO TO BAPTIST SOUTH IN MONTGOMERY ALABAMA

I’m writing on behalf of my mother and sister. Baptist has been so caring and attentive. They went above and beyond last night. My mother is a patient there currently diagnosed with Covid. My sister whom has Covid as well has Downs Syndrome and cannot care for herself was brought in by my stepdad last night. They allowed my stepdad to sit with her in the ER and the nurses got together and were able to get my sister in the same room with my mom. My family is so grateful for the staff. These are weird and difficult times for all and it made all the difference in the world to take that extra step. Thank you Baptist

I was nervous for my COVID vaccine but it was so easy to get to even parking was easy The doctors and nurses and staff were all SO nice and funny it was a huge relief Thank you to everyone for being so kind and thoughtful especially during this crazy time we are in. I appreciate all youve been doing so selflessly.

had a very terrible experience. i was denied emergency care coz i was not able to fill a form. and the reason i was not able to fill form was my fingers were in bowl baptistsouth

my mother was just admitted to the ER.. possible stroke.. the young lady letting people in was the rudest person i have ever met. ZERO compassion. I told her my mother was in there and instead of saying covid policy and that she was sorry or being somewhat nice.. she shrugged her shoulders giggled rudely and kept playing on her phone.. very mean and sarcastic ..when i asked for her supervisors name she got very loud rude and confrontational with me.. so much i had to ask her to please stop .. she was doing this while my mother’s significant other just walked out to tell me what was going on with my mother She would not be quiet to even let me hear what he had to say. What a heartless mean person. She shouldn’t be in that job position if she treats people that way.
