List of Baptist Health's Reviews
Dr. Dias was knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about me as a patient but his MA and his office are dismissive and uninvolved. My insurance company faxed and emailed repeated requests for more information from the Baptist North office in order to get cardiac procedures authorized but the office not only never responded to them they also refused to take ownership of the issue to get it resolved. Instead I was told to book another consult appointment with the office PA or instead to just go to the emergency room to avoid the referral process. i will never use this office again.
NOT A TYPICAL REVIEWSCHEDULER THANK YOU MISS TExtraordinary helpful and cheerful MISS T. found a better appointment for us. She went WAY out of her way to help and we truly appreciate it
I called today to get my Nana an appointment with a cardiologist in order to get a second opinion on a certain procedure that St. Vincents recommended. We got an appointment scheduled with who we thought was best at the time. Well I just got off of the phone with the same woman I spoke with earlier they called us BACK to change our earlier scheduled appointment to offer us a different appointment on the same day with a doctor that was better suited with my Nanas situation. My family and I are SO IMPRESSED that they took the time to consult a case specialist to find us a physician more appropriate for our situation. I will update this review after our appointment on June 26 2020 We couldnt be more pleased as of right now.
I have recently had a rather unacceptable experience with Dr. Ken Adams from Baptist Heart. His highly unethical behavior left me with unreviewed test results incorrect information about my health and a beyond arrogant attitude towards me personally. He flat out refused to look at test results on my heart that I personally tried to give to him from a stress test and a pulmonary screening. He refused to return numerous phone calls as I can only assume he was to busy and just did not care. When he finally had a RN call me back she said he had reviewed part of a stress test result and determined I had zero heart blockage. No blockage. POOFJUST GONE. I have had CAD and heart issues for several years. All of the sudden I had no blockage even after almost 5 years of diagnoses and tests from Baptist Heart.I filed a complaint with the Baptist people and was graciously granted a meeting with Dr. Adams. There is nothing worse than feeling horrible every day and being sick. I knew he had the answers to hopefully get me to feeling better. The tests were done. All I needed was answers. It had taken over a month to get appointments and answers to test results. Upon finally meeting him again I asked why he had decided to just ignore my phone calls for weeks. I was besides myself looking for test results and answers. You have rarely ever seen someone look and get so insulted as when I had the utter audacity to questions his authority or actions. When I asked him what happened to the CADHeart reviews from all those years showing blockage his response was What do you ACTUALLY want me to review your entire heart history. He had ordered the stress tests to begin with because of CAD and blockage. Now after reviewing only part of the test results his determination per his staff was I clear and clean. Come back in six months. Due to my mere questioning his arrogant attitude about not returning calls not reviewing tests results for weeks and then refusing to look at test results he had ordered he decided I was no longer a customer of Baptist Heart. According to Dr. Adams I was no longer worthy of his or anyone elses services at Baptist Heart. He sent me a letter telling me I was no longer allowed to even ask for future services from Baptist Heart. Want a second opinion do not call us. Luckily I went for a second opinion with another cardiology center. After all how does heart blockage just disappear after all these years. After a catherization I was found to have significant blockage again and am on a path to get better. Not only was Dr. Adams dead wrong about my heart health he could not care a less about it. Never followed up to see if I was OK. Just a letter to never come back to Baptist Heart.I have talked to management from Baptist and assured that they had reviewed this problem with him. I seriously doubt that Dr. Adams could care a less about my health or heart conditions. If you have any interaction with him do not dare question him or expect return calls. You will see a side of a Doctor you do not want to see. Some people have told me that Doctors are supposed to show compassion.....
A very Professional loving and caring facility Ive been coming here with my Mother for over 25 years. Weve always felt like family here and we really appreciate the love and loyalty weve given and received.
My mom needed a Holter Monitor. Starting with the scheduling all the way to the actual visit everything went so smoothly. The valet parking was a Godsend amp we did not have to wait too long to get a wheel chair. This hospital is super ADA friendly. The scheduling team were very helpful and gave me all info I needed to prepare. I spoke to three different ones amp they were all great. The staff at the testing center were so nice caring amp helpful. It helps any patient who may be a little apprehensive about their procedure. My mom had a wonderful experience amp was comfortable the whole time. Hope you wont be needing their services but if you do I highly recommend this facility.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
