Dr. Wang has been treating my reactive arthritis for a little over a month and has been simply life changing. He is an excellent listener and thoroughly explains the treatment plan and why. I have experienced major breakthroughs in my recovery since seeing Dr. Wang and he has my meds dialed in. I can't thank him enough.

He never has time for his patients. Worst response times back. His office staff will dismiss you and it is extremely hard to actually get ahold of him to even request an appointment.

Outstanding bedside manner, very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions with absolute patience. We've seen a few dozen doctors in the last 6 months due to my husband's recent diagnosis with APS and doctors like Benjamin Wang are hard to come by.

He doesn't follow through. Doesn't return any communication. I was unable to walk or care for my medically fragile child and he couldn't care to return any emails or treat my condition at all.

Dr. Wang has been the only doctor that has been able to treat my disease. I have HSP Vasculitis, which is a rare disease, and Dr. Wang took the initiative to have me tested. When I show I was negative for ANCA test, he sent me to get a biopsy which was positive. He is amazing with patients and has the best interest for them. It is a doctor who has a "out of the box" thinking. I travel from AL to FL only to see him. Amazing doctor, and Mayo is an amazing research hospital.

My wife's autoimmune panel came back with a positive result for a rare antibody, but Dr. Wang never followed up with her. We sent numerous messages, tried to schedule a follow-up appointment and asked other doctors at Mayo for help. It's been over 6 months and he's not responded to a single message, nor has he updated his clinical notes. One of the Mayo doctors said it was extremely unprofessional for him to not read the results of a test he ordered. Another Mayo doctor said we would be better off going to Johns Hopkins.

Dr. Wang is an incredible doctor. I have been seeing him for 6 years! He takes care of all my needs and if he cannot, he will get me the support I need. Sometimes it is hard to get ahold of him, but it is the Mayo Clinic! Hard to get anyone quickly! but he always there when I need him.

Very poor communicator. Will promise a lot but doesn’t follow through. Will never call back. When asked about his lack of follow through he states that he doesn’t have time!
