This is a quantity vs quality facility. I made my final call to Dr. Ross today asking that he call me regarding MRI report. He recd and electronically signed my MRI results almost 2 months ago which conveniently was performed at this facility so why cant he call me? MRI results are disturbing.They just want to bill your insurance.

I went to borland and groover on Belfort because I had to follow up from when I was in Baptist Hospital normally I go to Dillion building everyone at the Belfort office was very polite and helpful

I have been going to Borland for several years. Dr. Sanchez is amazing. Every experience at the facility has been very positive. The staff is wonderful.

Wow I was blown away with Borland Groover Staff. Dr.Di Teodoro and Jennifer are amazing. I was scared to get my Colonoscopy but Dr. Di Teodoro put my mind at ease.

Made a telehealth appointment and the day of the appointment I had to call twice as they never gave me any sort of directions with a zoom link. When I called the first time the lady told me that they were running late and I would get a call soon with directions for my appointment. I was never called so I had to call them again. The second call I was told that they were waiting for me to click on the link they never gave me and that their next opening is in a month. Ridiculous that they made a mistake and I’m being punished for it.
