List of Brian T. Kruse's Reviews
For the first time in my life, I experienced very serious breathing issues. It was extremely frightening, especially given the current pandemic. I was dropped off at Mayo & treated by Dr. Kruse, who was absolutely exceptional. I am no stranger to ER's all over the country. And I am not an easy patient, ever, but especially when I am anxious & stressed. Dr. Kruse was so patient, kind, and THOROUGH. ...
Very helpful when diagnosing my condition.
Dr. Kruse failed to notify of critical lab results after discharged. Resulted in being admitted to ICU the following day directly from the clinic. Notified patient experience and they didn't take the matter serious. Mayo has the worst Emergency Department in our area.
Worst bedside manner of any Dr. I have ever been to. Paid no attention to my wife as she helped to describe my symptoms and medical history. Reported his behavior and demeanor to Mayo Administration. We'll see what, if anything, changes.
He seemed like a real jerk. Support staff was awesome though.
Arrogant, confrontational, demeaning, rude, unprofessional. Bedside-manner non-existant. Completely violates any concept of patient's right to be treated with respect or courtesy. Listened as he treated others in similar manner. Wonders what kind of ER doctors he is training as he is a professor. Worst ER doctor I have ever been seen by!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
