Love this place. They were so gentle with my son and they give you all the help they can.

Friendly staff family and kid friendly. Have s beautiful kids walk on fourth floor. Very accommodating and they talk about all the procedures and care. Free parking garage

Nemours does not care about their employees or the kids that come here. All they care about is the money.Terrible management. They are in the business of hurting people not helping people.

My 9 month old daughter was scheduled for surgery today, it was cancelled due to a positive covid result… I didn’t believe my daughter had covid since nobody else around her tested positive she then tested negative. So with that being said I called to reschedule her surgery and they refuse to touch my daughter until the earliest 6 weeks but don’t even have an open spot until 8 weeks. Why does she have to wait 8 weeks when quarantine is only 10 days from a positive. Her pediatrician told me that she most more than likely had a false positive covid test since she tested negative the next day. My daughter has had non stop ear infections for 2 months now and now she has to wait 8 more weeks? We definitely won’t be back I’ll be finding a new ENT for my daughter. Worst place ever. And to top it off the doctor was always in a rush and the lady who did my daughters hearing test told my husband he couldn’t go back but let my mother in law go back, I wanted him to go back before my mother in law and she told us no!

Today was a very upsetting day. One of their doctors for nueropsycology left and so my sons appt he was waiting on for 6 months has been canceled. (As the tears run down my face) So now we have to wait, What? Another 6 months or so for a new appt but first I have to call around to see if there are any openings and then probably wait 6 more months if not longer for just the initial appt. I need to find out what is wrong with my son. Nemours is supposed to be the best.

Dr. Steck is amazing. What a quality pediatric urologist! My daughter has been on antibiotics since birth and has been seen by many urologists. We moved here and he cleared her to come off after testing her obviously. Now, she’s been pooping every single day without fail and I even stopped her probiotic!! I feel like her gi tract is hopefully slowly fixing itself. 🙏 I honestly think the difference is a doctor who is knowledgeable enough to know when you can take a risk like coming off an antibiotic and when you shouldn’t take a risk—- vs a urologist who doesn’t have as much wealth of knowledge and experience and doesn’t want to take any risk at all. His PA is also very sweet and seems knowledgeable and I also thought his medicinal technician was great too. Can’t speak more highly of dr steck. Oh and this clinic was very nice and clean!!!

Dr. Read is AMAZING! He is definitely a kid friendly doctor. He was able to get my kid to talk and she never ever cooperates with doctors. He spoke to me plainly so that I understood everything he was saying. The entire staff was wonderful, from the receptionist to the nurse to the xray tech!

My son had a seizure at his pediatricians office whilst having a routine checkup with his sister and It was suggested I bring him directly to the hospital to have an EKG . I’m sitting outside because they would allow his younger sister in . How do they care about a child’s health yet not their safety?
