Went in with an angry flare of psoriasis and her prescribed topical treatment cleared it up completely in just a few days. I have my skin and mobility back, and I'm thrilled the itching, burning and constant flaking are gone! Dr. Ng is very serious about her patients' overall health. Her staff is very accommodating, even having reading glasses in case we forget our own. Thank you Dr. Ng and staff!

My wife and I have been patients with Dr Ng for years, and without a doubt she is the best dermatologist we have ever had. Not only is her knowledge, experience, and manner excellent, but her staff is very professional and accommodating whether it's a regular visit or an exceptional one. I had a great experience with Dr. Ng several years ago. I had already been to another Dr. about a relatively small lipoma and was given a huge price tag for surgical removal. Dr. Ng biopsied it to confirm diagnosis and told me it was perfectly safe to leave it if it wasn't bothering me, and that I could always remove it down the road if I wanted to. I had been to two other Dermatogists in the area before Dr. Ng, one at the beach and one near Town Center. My experience with Dr. Ng was far superior. She is extremely knowledgeable, informative, confident and empathetic. Don't look any further for your dermatology needs. I know I haven't.

Great service

I literally just called here. I was trying to verify that a dermatologist was the correct doctor to go to for my issue and if they treated my specific issue or if there was another specialist I needed to see. I DIDNT WANT TO SEE ONE DOCTOR JUST TO BE TOLD I GAD TO SEE ANOTHER. The girl on the phone refused to answer my questions directly and was evasive and rude. DONT GO HERE.

When you live in Florida you need an excellent dermatologist and Dr Ng is the best. I have gone to her for 6 years and she has taken care of a few skin conditions I’ve had. Her staff from the front desk to the nurses are very efficient and friendly. Annual exams are done taking time to carefully check your entire body for signs of damage from the sun. Dr Ng is also excellent with cosmetic fillers and leaves you with very natural looking results. I am so grateful to have found Dr Ng and her office!

I'm new to the area and was considering scheduling an appointment with Dr. Ng until I read on her website that there is a $50 fee for missed appointments. I find that to be unreasonably expensive and unnecessary for an average visit. There are instances where 24 hour notice of cancelation is just not feasible and unless you've scheduled a surgical procedure or reserved a laser treatment appointment (which I don't think is even offered at this facility) I don't see this being justifiable.
