I was very concerned about a constant pain with my right shoulder from over use while I recouping from surgery on left bicep tendon. I was sure I had messed up rotator cuff and needed surgery. Dr Swanson did x-rays and relieved my mind as it was inflammation around the area. Thankfully no surgery needed, offered a cortisone injection to help relieve pain and inflammation. I took the injection and it’s much better now, trying not to over do anything. Very gratefully! South East Orthopedic in Fleming Island Fl is a very good place to go. Great doctors and staff.

Both Dr Swanson and Lindsey were both fantastic. Her review at first was fast and she was very friendly. Then when we met Dr Swanson he was very friendly and efficient in his exam. He explained everything in language that we understood and suggest a good coarse of action. After we finish with my shoulder he will do my knee next.

Dr. Swanson was clear, concise and complete when describing the procedure and expectations. . I had a total replacement of my right shoulder. The surgery is a complete success and expectation have been surpassed. I had minimal discomfort. Shoulder pain has been completely eliminated. The results of the surgery are only surpassed by Dr. Swanson’s bedside manner and compassion through this process. I would highly recommend Dr. Swanson !!

Efficiency, pure & simple. The staff surrounding Dr. Swanson knew exactly how to present me with information on how to facilitate my visit. This is important to me; I am retired but keep a busy schedule. I need to get well as soon as possible & each person made me feel they loved their job & were concerned about my needs. Dr. Swanson had already proved his abilities to me six years ago when he repaired my rotator cuff & did a complete replacement on my right shoulder joint. His demeanor puts a person at ease even in a serious injury situation. I chose to drive over one hundred miles because he earned my trust. Today he proved himself to me once again. I hope I NEVER need him again but I take great solace in knowing there is no where I could receive better treatment.
