Claudio Vincenty's Online Review Report Card

I have been seeing Dr Vincenty off and on for over 15 years. He is a great doctor and back when he was a much smaller practice, his service ( and time spent with patients) and care was exceptional. They are just too big to give the level of care their patients need. I have been waiting many months and have spent over $1000 waiting and and waiting through endless appointments, authorizations and just wasted time, for my procedure which was always the end result. Still waiting 3 weeks later for a call back ( which never happens) to schedule it. It’s awful. While the PA’s are very nice and thorough, the level of care is not consistent and has resulted in mistakes and miscommunication which has put my treatment even further behind!!! Some of the clinical staff are great while others appear to just not want to be there. Be sure to make your concerns heard with the PA ( you never get to talk to the doctor) because once they walk out, you won’t get anyone to help you after you leave that room

Claudio Vincenty, MD, Anthony & Shantell without question make my life so, much more manageable! Since I’ve first met Dr. Vincenty, I have always known that he is a very compassionate gentleman! I was involved in a horrendous automobile accident & suffered breaking C-1. Had to endure a Cervical Spinal Cord Injury Fusion of C-1, 2 & 3. Now I’m successfully walking on my own two feet! I’ve two systems on my spinal cord that Dr. Vincenty manages & I’ve such an improvement on my life! Every time I walk into Jax Spine Center I’m greeted by a familiar friendly face! Each visit there’s little wait time in their lobby & very little waiting time to see my provider Claudio Vincenty, MD! I trust any & all of Dr. Vincenty’s recommendations & I know he’s a medical professional with a vast amount of experience!

I had a surgery with Dr. Vincenty who has a very nice demeanor. But surgery results were catastrophic. A baclofen pump tube was inserted into my lumbar area that resulted in a second spinal cord injury; first happened from a diving accident when I was young. I will never have the previous level of functionality in my lower body after the surgery which resulted in loss of movement and etc. I would think twice before allowing him & his team using a scalpel on you.

I’m a 22yr Retired Navy Veteran. I was injured while serving in 1997. I’ve seen numerous Navy, Army and Air Force doctors about my condition, resulting in, dead end repetitive painful treatments. In 2010 Naval Hospital Jacksonville referred me to Dr Vincenty. Dr V was the first doctor to be completely honest with me about my condition. He and his staff member Shantel are AMAZING. It doesn’t matter when I call about issues with my condition, they are ALWAYS there for me. I appreciate all they do! They are great medical professionals.
