Great company to be employed with! Always flexible and willing to work with your schedule. Being able to work out of multiple offices gives excellent range on clients/hours. Great pay. The staff is always respectful and making sure we have work and that we are safe.

The service has been excellent. the care givers are polite and provide excellent care to my mother. The contact me if there are issues that I need to know.

Both Shevill and Ginette have been excellent taking care of my father here in our home. Professional, “take charge” ladies who are still kind and compassionate. They are respectful, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would certainly recommend both.

Concierge care was very responsive and able to find appropriate caregivers in a short time.  The caregivers have been professional and able to handle my mother in law, who was somewhat resistant to having someone in her home.

My mother-in-law who turned 100 years old in July, has been receiving round the clock in-home care with Concierge Care for several months. We could not ask for more. The caregivers are wonderful and support staff are attentive and very responsive. The services they provide make it possible for my husband to have the peace of mind to know his mother is being cared for by caring and trained caregivers. I signed up with Concierge to use their services whenever we needed additional home health aide care. We have a private full time caregiver but being able to call Concierge when our aide calls in sick or needs time off has been amazing. They have quickly arranged care and always send very professional and caring staff. I cannot say enough good things about Concierge and the care they have provided my parents when we needed it the most. Thank you Concierge!

Concierge has amazed us with their excellent communication and follow up. Last week we called at 4:00 and needed a 7 pm - 7 am caregiver for my mother who is full in bed care. They had someone there no problem. This has happened several times and they always come through. I highly recommend Concierge Care

Concierge Care is providing my family excellent, empathetic customer service and top-notch nursing resources. Our assigned caregiver is very sharp and she is providing daily one-on-one care and assistance for our mom w/Alzheimer's who is recovering from Covid, now in short-term rehab. She's having a very big impact on mom's recovery progress. Calls and questions regarding services, schedule, and rates are answered promptly. We highly recommend them.
