Without a doubt. This is THE PLACE to go for home health care. I can't say enough good things about Concierge. This is my family's first experience working with a caregiver, and they been an absolute godsend! Living with cerebral palsy, I know how difficult it can be at times for the person caring for me, but the caregivers take on every challenge without hesitation.Knowing that I now have a network of such caring and dependable people is so comforting.Thank you Concierge!

Applied to their job went to the interview and they ask me to show them my paystubs. Never been at a job interview where u have to show check stubs at your other job. Rude customer service 😔 I felt so uncomfortable.

I LOVE Concierge! They took awesome care of my mother after she was at Life Care Center of Orange Park. Plus, their technology is amazing. My mom is pretty good with iPads, etc. They were in continual touch with her (when she wanted). We will definitely use them again when we need them. Thanx, Concierge!

Concierge Care in Jacksonville provided excellent care for my mother (78) as she recovered from knee surgery. They were a tremendous resource for managing her medications, assistance with moving around and taking care of her basic needs. The caregivers were truly supportive and caring and also provided great communications back to me through her recovery. With their help and assistance she is back to herself and on her feet again! I couldn't ask for a better team to team to help us in time of need.

My father (93 years old with dementia) has had an immensely good experience with Concierge Care. Dressing, bathing, accompaniment to meals, recreation, and programs, keeping him physically active, watching TV, etc. are the services that were provided four hours per day, five days per week for an very reasonable fee.You have, no doubt, increased his joy of living - and likely his living period - with your care. The staff were all excellent and we will never be able to thank you enough.Sincerely,His 90 year-old wife and five sons!!
