Worst and unprofessional medical staff and doctors I will not recommend anyone never the less trust them with health issues run from this people get better care somewhere else keep in mind that your insurance are paying them is not free So theyshould be more profesional.Its a nightmare to talk to a real person also make sure to check your records the add information to your records that could affect your insurance and care benefits without you knowing it Drs making notes on your records about issues that they never discuss nor talk to you about itNever seen so many unprofessional personnel working at the same place starting with Drs some of the drs like Dr. Daniel Thielemann very unprofessional has no manners at all I would not recommend him nor recommend the practice hes in first cardiovascular institute they dont return your calls if they do they will call you after hours to play the game that if you call back you wont get through.I will recommend you to get a better Dr. someone that would care for you health issues and not the money theyre getting pay for..... they lie to you they told you they are going to do something and do something else Again be careful and get you better place for your health issues Youre more important than that

Although Dr. Thielemann appears to be competent his office staff is not. My husband has been waiting since August 13 2017 to receive his CPap machine. Numerous emails have gone back and forth but the supplier has NOT gotten a legible set of orders to fill this request. The supplier has assured us that the requests have been forwarded to the doctors office. Today 9252017 I have called the supplier and they will contact the doctors office AGAIN 4th or 5th attempt to try to get the CPap machine maybe by tomorrow. We will never recommend this physician nor his office to anyone ever. We have insurance and everyone has been paid. Next complaint to Medicare and Florida Medical Board.

Office staff does not follow through. Cannot get CPap although approved by insurance since orders forwarded to supplier are not legible.

Dr Thielemann is extremely compassionate and caring. He listens to me answers my questions and takes his time. Ive been very pleased. I live in St. Augustine and he comes to the office once a month. It has not been a problem for me.

Dr. Thielemann aside from being a modern day renaissance man is a kind and comprehensive physician. He takes his time with you. He is very patient. He listens and if you have a problem he helps. I am so happy to have Dr. Thielemann as my physician. There should be more like him.
