yes, she is everything others have mentioned above except she does not take good notes, forgets what we spoke about last meeting, requested a surgery I did not need and her nurse filed a complaint against me over a phone conversation where she derided me! If you are looking for a friendly dr, she is the one, but I need results and a fighter for my health. Just did not get it with her. I feel like I must do the research and advocate for my own health and she will respond to you but does not give confidence or direction.

Her nurse argued with me over the phone. Dr. Harnois is nice but does not answer her portal messages, does not take notes and forgets what we spoke about at the last meeting, set me up for a surgery that I did not need. Seems to be unorganized and this caused me to have a heated debate with her nurse while I was in pain and her nurse filed a complaint against me, the suffering patient. Enough was enough. There comes a time when you realize that you need better care and she and her staff did not provide it. I am not being mean, just truthful and no one who is sick deserves to be made to feel helpless.

Dr. Harnois is kind, calm and very warm. She is straight to the point and I trust her with my health. Her experience and skill is above many others I have seen. Very happy that I found Dr. Harnois. She is a wonderful doctor.

She is the reason why I will stay with this hospital I was ready to leave based on about experience I had with the previous specialist. She gave me hope in was understanding and willing to help me through this disease
