The office staff at this facility are incompetent of doing their jobs. I was on the phone for almost 20 minutes trying to get some information . I spent most of the time on hold only to get a rude response from office staff Cindy. Cindy was very rude, short and hung up abruptly. Cindy, you need to take a class on customer service. The rest of the office staff, along with Cindy, need training on how to do their jobs.

I don't know about his skills as a doctor, but as a person he leaves a lot to be desired. Dr Saikali has a side business where he rents out homes, supposedly. What really happens that his "agent" Craig Wallace shows you the property, takes your deposit and then strings you along for a while, then tells you they've given the house to someone else. I still haven't gotten my deposit back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER OF THESE MEN!

Dr Saikali is an amazing physician. However, the office staff is the absolute worst on the entire east coast. They have no sense of urgency, I called for an appointment 6/16/21 made a call to confirm today 6/17 and “Cindy” didn’t even lock my appointment in. I’m an RN I can’t take time off in vain... I didn’t even accept another appointment. It’s always a bad experience when I go there, I almost missed my surgery due to the staff not providing my paperwork timely. Urrgghhhh.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Saikali for over four years and with North Florida medical for more than 30 years. Dr Saikali is a empathetic physician that takes the time to listen to my medical concerns. He’s kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Dr.Saikali. Victoria Allen

One of the greatest primary care physicians in jacksonville. Takes his time and is very thorough. A respectful doctor who cares for his patients.

I had been a patient for over 7 years. Initially was a good Doctor who took the time to listen and discuss all medical concerns. Over the past two years he has had serious memory issues! The most serious was involved medication issues! It came to a head when two Different specialists changed meds and supplements that Dr Saikali had prescribed. My Cardiologist related to my blood pressure meds and the 2nd was my nephrologist (kidney). Both doctors have a familiarity with Dr. Saikali and both discretely advised that I check with them prior to any adjustments made by Dr Saikali. These Drs. Intimated that Dr. Saikali skills have diminished! This is just one example but if you are proactive and desire a Dr. who is a partner, find another!

If you have a job and have to have paperwork completed for your job this is definitely not the place for you. So many times I had to re request paper work, was promised call backs but no one called me back. I couldn't rest assured that anything was resolved I had to constantly follow up just to be sure things were getting done.
