Dr Moore and staff are friendly, professional, and get things done in a timely manner. Dr Moore is prepared before the visit and has a plan ready when he sees you. I drive 3 hrs to see Dr Moore because he knows my history and I trust him, plus the the efficiency of his staff.

Not the nices doctor. Office still demand payments before being seen, even though patient meet their yearly deductible. Fistula still doesn't work after 6 months. :(

I was very impressed with my very first encounter with Dr. Erin Moore's Office Coordinator/Manager, Erica was very professional, proactive, and has a warm personality. It's evident that she enjoys what she does, as evidenced by the follow-up after following up to see if she could assist me, even after she had been off for a couple of months. Coincidentally, I did have additional questions pertaining to a previous visit, which Erica went the extra mile to assist me with. I have been at doctors' offices whereas the Front Desk Staff leave a lot to be desired, making it very difficult to follow up with the doctor, so I don't bother to return. I am very pleased with Dr. Moore and Erica.

I absolutely love Dr Moore. His office staff on the other hand is rude and has poor communication.

I did not get a visit. My family doctor referred me due to a lump on my arm by my wrist. Xray showed damage to the radial artery from impact with a piece of wood. Ultrasound showed an aneurysm at the same spot as the lump as per ER doctor and Ultrasound tech. but I was told via phone I had nothing wrong and I would not be getting an appointment. So I have a lump that is painful if I grab something and no means of getting it fixed at Baptist.

Dr Moore is an awesome surgeon and has done multiple surgeries on me. I feel lucky to be a patient. His rep is spotless !!
