Used to be such a great office to visit with great service. Since returning to it I have had issues with attitudes from the front desk and dealt with ridiculous wait times. What’s the point of making appointments when you have people sitting for hours at a time waiting? I’ll be looking for a new office soon

I love this place everybody is so friendly and nice and they truly care about your health! It feels like a big family.Dr Schindler is the best primary Doctor I have ever had. I absolutely love Dr.Schindler she is so knowledgeable and caring, Anita Lenh is also very nice, caring and great health provider always greets you with smile very attentive to your health needs, but everyone in family care that I have seen so far are great as well!Melanie from the front desk is amazing as well always greets you with a smile and she is very prompt to help you.I love the fact that everything is in one place labs, imaging.I am so happy I found a place where they actually care about your health and well-being!

Incomplete/ incorect patient plan and summary! Was left in treatment room for over 20 minutes after being seen, had to find the nurse to see what was going on. Was given falsified information about my visit with no explanation. I've been a patient for about 3 years. My original Doctor is no longer there and now this! DISAPPOINTED

I like this office a whole lot better the doctors are nicer the technicians and customer service reps are excellent.. Update:Did I mention how much I love Dr. Schindler?She is one of the most funny,sweet human beings you'll ever meet..You don't find alot of doctors that has compassion for their patients, she is a jewel.

I have been a patient for 5 years. I really liked my first doctor. After he left, i wasnt too pleased with the doctor they assigned me to because he didn't even come in to talk to me. He sent his assistant, who was no ray of sunshine. But, my experience with the new doctor - Totally awesome! And the front staff - pleasant, professional and helpful.

My Granddaugther has been going to Family Care Partner since she was born she’s her 3rd year of college and she had a telehealth appointment for birth control refill and she has called 4x and left messages with the doctor office on Ft Caroline the lady she made was last thurday she had me called the disrespect given to her as a patients since 2001 is unbelievably with the no responses from her doctors office, today I was told the message will be sent at the highest level I guess they really do not care about a value customers. As of today still no response from these people.

Every time I go there, and see the Dr or Nurse Practitioner , I have the best experience. Not only are the knowledgeable but their bedside manner is always amazing. Even the Nutse assistants are down to earth and very helpful. They don’t make you feel rushed or unimportant. I love that office.

Kara is absolutely adorable. I will follow her anywhere within driving distance. If you are a bit eccentric, then she is the gal for you. She understands us and works hard to take care of all of our concerns.
