Normally I don’t have to wait more than 10 minutes for anything. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

This place is great, I love that it has the lab right there and other services in close proximity. I just wish that the Dr’s didn’t seem so rushed during the appts. I like my Dr, but every time I see him it’s like he’s rushing through me to get to the next one. I realize they have a lot of patients but maybe schedule a few less so your patients feel like their health concerns and questions weren’t such a burden and holding them up.

Just had the worst experience at this practice. First they messed up my appointment date. And moved me to Fridays last appointment. Then the receptionist was extremely rude from the second I walked in there. I needed blood work but their labs close at 3 pm on a Friday. Dr Shank was nice but there was nothing she could do since I wasn’t seen until after 5 pm. The entire appointment was extremely upsetting and I didn’t get a single ounce of care. Do not waste your time!! The woman at reception needs to go or be talked to about how to treat sick patients or just how to treat people in general.worst experience at a doctor I have ever had.

As a new patient they are the most nicest staff and doctors ever would highly recommend

The front office employees are so rude. I like my doctors and the nurses are great. The front desk will tell you see you in 6 days and then don’t even schedule your follow up 🤦‍♀️ I could barely walk and nobody offered me a wheelchair

THE Dr.WAS VERY KIND, HUMBLE AND MOST OF ALL VERY CARING.I LOVE DRS.LIKE THAT.THANK YOU SO MUCH... I'VE BEEN GOING THERE SINCE IT OPENED A COUPLE YRS AGO,I LOVE IT. THEIRS HOSPITALITY IS KIND, FRIENDLY CARING AND LOVING DRS AND THE LADIES AT THE LAB AS WELL ARE TRULY AMAZING SO CARING I APPRECIATE EVERYONE THERE MAY GOD BLESS THEIR HEARTS, MIND AND SOUL 💕.

I waited for the doctor for 90 minutes, undresses and freezing in the room. When the nurse came and gave me the flu shot, she did not wear gloves. She prepared everything, touched the trash can with her hands, and then touched me and gave me the flu shot. This place is absolutely disgusting.

2:04 Wed text to me stating due to storm my appt on Fri would be virtual. Click YES to confirm. I clicked YES. Instant reply from FCP stating I cannot reply to the text that asked me to reply! 9:04 Thursday txt to me stating my appt is in person at 9:00 Fri. Reply YES to confirm. I texted back YES. FCP texted back to me - “Thank you for confirming your appointment. Please wear a mask and arrive 15 minutes early.” I arrived at FCP Intracoastal Waterway Office at 8:45. The doors were locked and the lights were off. Later that morning a FCP person called me to ask what my vitals were. I told her how I had been jerked around. She had no reply as to what happened. I gave my best guesses on my vitals. A little while later Dr Green called me for my appt. He’s very good but today he did not have an answer on why this patient was jerked around by his company. If FCP really cares, someone who gives a care will call me to follow up and tell me what that person in authority did to correct this.

If I could give this business zero stars I certainly would. I've lived in Jacksonville for eight years and have been going to the intracoastal office for the past seven and before the pandemic the service and care was always top-notch. It was wonderful having the imaging center and the lab at the same place. The staff, doctors, nurses and PAs all really seemed to care about the patient. Unfortunately that is no longer the case with this practice. I've had to switch doctors since they are a complete waste of time and don't care about your time or your money or your overall health at all. Save yourself and DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE.
