Dr Kawaja is by far the best Surgeon I have ever had in the Jacksonville Area. He is patient, compassionate and listens to his patients. He took the time to call my genetics specialist before doing a vat procedure and he was meticulous. He explained the situation well and I highly recommend him. He is an excellent communicator.

I had a triple bypass that went extremely well. While waking up I had many major complications. I owe my life to Dr Khawaja and his NP, I cant recommend them enough.

My dad passed away because of the surgery that was performed by Dr. Khawaja. I'm heartbroken especially because no one can give me answers. After my dad passed away, I received a phone call for from his office to make a follow up appointment. Why didn't he know that my father passed away? My dad's surgery was on June 12th and he passed away on June 20th, How did Dr. Khawaja not know! I would not ever recommend anyone to see him or trust him.

My husband was told he had 4 or 5 serious blockages in his heart. We were in an emergency situation and Dr Khawaja stepped in to do this quadruple bypass and saved my husbands life. Thank you

Dr. Khawaja performed a very difficult surgery(2 valve replacements that were totally corroded away), in a rushed situation. Cardiologist stressed the severity and likelihood that chances of making it through this were very slim due to the severity of the time the infection had been eating away at my heart. We put our faith in Dr. Khawja and he did a textbook perfect surgery. The entire hospital was blown away and it was a true miracle worked through the hands of the doctor. He saved my life!
