This rating is not for the Dr but the staff. Nice people that are absolutely terrible at getting the job done correctly. Had problems at this location and Riverside. Thing is they are supposed to be "high end" and charge twice as much as others. Got the script filled at Walmart, of all places: better quality, 1/2 the price, no mistakes.

Customer satisfaction is not their biggest asset, still have not got my replacement lens since 10/14/2022 keep getting the run around, Why???

Dr Houser does a great job helping me see straight! :-) My whole family has gone to him for several years! Treats military and vets well too! Bravo!

Outstanding diagnosis and prescription was right on. I have had trouble getting tri-focal glasses that worked well in all focal distances. Dr. Houser nailed it. Do yourself a favor and consider him and his office for your next eye exam.

Dr. Houser is great. No question. but if you call in for any inquiry, and happen to speak with someone by the name of Bob, expect to get hung up on and then have them argue with you. It is a shame that Dr. Houser has such a terrible staff member with no regard for customer service. I have been going to Dr. Houser for years, and this just left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will have to look for another eye care provider.

The worse doctor ever! He prescribed eyeglass when i was pregnant! I found out with my OB that when a woman is pregnant their vision changed. What do i know about that? I went to him and that day he saw me he's assistant kinda pushed me to get glasses from them that cost me a lot of money! And was even rude to tell me that i can't get the style of the glasses i wanted! I have now a $500 glasses that sits in my purse and never used! What a waste of money! Never will i recommend this to anyone!
