My son always have a great experience at the dentist the staff is very nice and kind
We absolutely love Dr. Nofallah and her team! The office staff is always pleasant and courteous. We drive across town to come to this office and it’s totally worth it.
The manager in North Brunswick nj location her name is Melissa very rude and nasty attitude I will never enter this place again she is horrible and lost me as a patient I’ve been going to great experiences for years I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there ever it’s not manage properly. The communication is bad and rude I called today to speak to the supervisor and she so happen to answer the phone saying she was the supervisor so now I have to contact the corporate on her because she was giving me a severe attitude after my visit as I was trying to make my appointment
I am submitting this complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional and unacceptable conduct of the office manager, Katherine. I have never experienced such poor customer service at a healthcare office. When I arrived for my daughter's filling appointment, I was unexpectedly handed a clipboard and asked to sign for an amount allegedly due that day. At no point before the appointment, or during check-in at the front desk, was I informed that there would be any balance owed. In fact, my daughter was already in the dental chair, had been numbed, and the dentist was prepared to begin the procedure before the insurance issue had even been resolved. I explained that my daughter is covered by two insurance plans and that this had been discussed before the appointment was scheduled. I also explained that there should not have been a balance due until both insurance policies had been properly processed and the charges explained. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, Katherine became hostile and aggressive. During our conversation, she got directly in my personal space and threw a paper toward my face. After I told her to step back and give me space, she returned with another paper and continued waving it in my face. I had to repeatedly tell her that her behavior was unacceptable and would not be tolerated. I then requested her full name and the contact information for her supervisor so I could report the incident. Katherine refused to provide either and acted as though there was no one above her in the organization. Refusing to identify herself appropriately or provide information for escalation is highly unprofessional and only added to my concerns. The entire situation felt deceptive. I was being pressured to sign paperwork for a bill that had never been properly explained, while my child was already in the treatment chair and prepared for the procedure. This placed unnecessary pressure on me to sign without receiving a clear explanation of the charges or allowing the insurance process to be completed. I am requesting that this incident be investigated thoroughly. No parent should be treated with hostility, intimidation, or disrespect while attempting to understand their child's insurance coverage and financial responsibility. I also expect appropriate action to be taken regarding Katherine's conduct and for your office to review its billing and communication practices to ensure that other families do not experience similar treatment. If this matter is not addressed appropriately, I intend to file formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and any other appropriate agencies, as well as contact your corporate leadership to ensure they are aware of this incident.
Check in time was quick and efficient! Front desk staff was warm and welcoming. X-ray technician was incredibly kind. The dental hygienist was patient with my child that was a bit nervous about getting her teeth cleaned. The doctor was also incredibly kind and efficient with exam. Five stars! My child and I love the staff at the Heath location ❤️
I am submitting this complaint regarding my experience at Great Expressions Dental Centre, Jonesboro - Mt. Zion Rd, Georgia, on July 16, 2026. I arrived for my scheduled dental appointment as a new patient. I completed my paperwork, including the preferred name section, and my dental X-rays were completed. I was waiting in the treatment room for the dentist and dental hygienist to begin my care. When the dentist, Dr Sherrie Smith-Scott, entered the room, she addressed me using my maiden surname, Alfred. I politely requested that she call me Mrs Philippe, which is my legal surname, or Melissa, which I also provided as my preferred name on my intake paperwork. Instead of accommodating this request, she questioned why I wanted to be called something different. I explained that I do not use my maiden surname and would prefer another form of address. I offered multiple reasonable alternatives, including my legal surname, my first name, and even being referred to as “Patient.” At no point did I request changes to my insurance information, billing records, or legal documentation. I wanted to let you know that my request was solely about how I was addressed verbally during my appointment. After this interaction, a dental hygienist entered the room, introduced herself, and began to review my X-rays with me. As she appeared ready to begin my scheduled care, the dentist passed by the room and said, “No.” The hygienist stepped outside, and shortly afterwards, another hygienist entered, removed my dental bib, and informed me that I needed to leave. My appointment was terminated, and I left the office without receiving the dental cleaning or examination I had scheduled. I left the office crying and extremely distressed. The receptionist witnessed my emotional state and apologised as I was leaving. I am deeply concerned that a patient seeking routine healthcare was denied care after making a respectful request regarding how they wished to be addressed. This interaction demonstrated a lack of professionalism, compassion, and patient-centred care. I'd like to ask that this matter be reviewed, including the dentist's actions and conduct, the decision to terminate my appointment, and the communication practices used with patients. I would also like to ask that any relevant documentation, treatment notes, and records related to this incident be reviewed as part of the investigation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. This review helps ensure that future patients are treated with the dignity and respect every person deserves in a healthcare setting.
I love this location ! Great staff! Always so friendly & my kids always have a great experience . Would recommend anyone new to the area especially military families
Rearranged my work schedule for a dental appointment tomorrow at GEDC Hackensack and they cancelled my appointment. Seems they have a text gestapo practice that if you didn't confirm the appointment then you lose your appointment! Shame, back office staff provide good care but the front office staff are more interested in chat chat and ignoring you than greeting you and providing good customer service. Maria, the office manager was particularly rude and difficult in cancelling my appointment and requiring a different day. A different day? I already rearranged my work schedule with my employer! Save yourself the trouble of getting a headache in addition to your toothache by avoiding this dental practice.🤬
I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment regarding the experience I had today at your Mandarin office. I scheduled this appointment two months ago for my daughter, who has been experiencing mouth pain from cavities. This was the soonest available slot for a new patient under my insurance. To make this appointment, I pulled my daughter out of school early and traveled with my three infants (six-week-old twins and a 15-month-old). Due to light traffic on San Jose Blvd, I arrived nine minutes late. Despite the waiting room being completely empty, I was refused service, with the staff citing that the office was "short-staffed." The most distressing part of this experience was the unprofessional conduct of your receptionist, Lyric. Not only was she unwilling to help me reschedule, but she was also incredibly disrespectful. Furthermore, after we left, I realized my daughter had lost a shoe in the lobby. When I returned minutes later to retrieve it, I found that Lyric had already thrown the shoe into the trash. As a mother who waited months for this care and managed the logistics of bringing four young children to your office, I find this level of customer service unacceptable. If your office cannot accommodate a patient who is less than ten minutes late—especially one in pain—then you were not prepared to honor this appointment. I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect at a place of business. I hope you take this feedback seriously to ensure other families do not have a similar experience.
they have left an infection in my mouth treatment in October then cancelled all appointments there after not right with the issues I've been having I go TO ALL MY APPT but when they get changed and cancelled Everytime it makes it extremely hard to figure out when something is o even get it printed all the time and yet still out of 8 appts I had 8 changed and some of those changed multiple times I'm currently looking for a dentist that wants to take my health seriously
