Was once told by a nurse practitioner to get my brain checked. Was sent home with pain pills after blood was found in my urine. Did nothing but a CT check. Sent home with pain pills. I should have been checked Memorial used to be a good hospital. Not anymore. They do everything to get you out of there. I was in the ER areaa. Looked like an employee.. Of the hospital came in the room and laughed and said they gonna hurry up fix you up and get you out of here. I was in there for COVID they discharged me in 3 days. I had to come back and be readmitted. This used to be a good hospital.

If you want your family member to die of pain take her to this hospital if not for the delay it will be due to the lack of hygiene of a nurse named alysha who puts the medicine on the patient after touching other patients and computers without washing her hands or putting on gloves

Dr. Ward practitioner Mcconaghy as well as the nurses and staff in the front er where you check in all took great care of me They were empathetic caring quick to get me help and thorough. They listened to me were extremely gentle during examination quick to take action. I went to memorial after spending over an hour in the lobby at baptist. In about an hour at memorial i had been in a room had xrays a ct scan blood tests an iv put in place and received pain meds. They brought me warm blankets made sure i had privacy when they were examining me and just all around cared about how I felt. I’m very thankful for everyone I dealt with at memorial The radiology employees too I didn’t get their names or can’t remember because of the pain but the gentleman and lady at ct were very kind and made sure to carefully transfer me and keep my injuries stable and supported. Thank you all so very much. 🖤

This hospital really is a piece of work. Wow how can you treat your patients in this manner. Now no one will speak with me. They DISHCHARGED me and as Im starting to come out of the morphine daze i was in I see my paperwork says DISCHARGE STATUS HOME SELFThe paperwork is not signed by a doctor or any staff. I have no home instructions I was there for a severe case of diverticulitis. You sent me home with bunch of meds and no instructi on what to do next. You are horrible. Now Im trying to call to see what I have to do and I get bounced around till the line clicks dead. Since you will not speak to me you will have to speak to my attorney.

No one I know works for Memorial. Everyone I was in contact with were fantasticPlease do not mandate the vaccination its a flu shot that is dangerous.Do not discard hundreds of years of medical ethics and follow the crowd.Follow the data the data which is not manipulated.Statistically there is no risk to healthy people.

Sat there more than 6 hrs and still did not get a room got service in the hall way for treatment

Have already filled one out and sent. In. Excellent experience except for lobby where only fox News was playing with no chance to find something different. 🙄

Worst ER in Jacksonville.This hospital was a nightmare a life event all in of itself Nurses and staff act as though they Hate their job and take it out abuse on the sick and hurting patient. The hospital was dirty the staffs mouths were dirty also laughing and cursing with EMTs while sick people waiting forever to be seen in their ER they advertise Be treated not seated what a Lie Their RudeMean Unprofessional Nurses act as though they Hate their jobs as well as hate the patients. This hospital is all about milking the insurance company for money for procedure s and meds never given. This hospital will falsify your records out and out lies and you are stuck with untrue medical history. Just a twilight zone experience a nightmare I will never go back there. I need a medical alert bracelet instructing ambulance to never take me there again. I cant express how awful it was. The staff were undeserving of the Hero status

Horrible experience The security guard started by calling the police on us Bc I brought my husband in thinking he was having a heart attack and they wanted me to fill out paperwork first I said he needs to be looked at first. Then the nurse was also horrible and super rude.Zero concern zero compassion It was a horrible experience

The staff on the 5th floor were OUTSTANDING. My every need was met. I couldnt have been more pleased. Plus the food was great and adjusted to my needs. Please tell them how grateful I am for their patience...kindness and everything else. Thank you so very much.
