Dr Boldt showed very little empathy and was very abrupt to the point of being rude. Her "bedside manners" made me feel like I was just dirt on her shoes that she wanted to wipe off ASAP! Since I retired from the medical field I know the stress the doctors have during times that are rough. No excuse for treating the patient poorly. I have always asked clients to tell me first if they have problems with my service and so I told Dr. Boldt how disappointed I was of her treatment toward me.

Dr. Boldt is and has ALWAYS be a great doctor who is highly through and detailed with her explanations and reasons for her treatment plan and recommendations. She is very attentive, compassionate, and caring.
