I’ll be able to fairly rate Dr Sheldon’s after my daughter’s appointment with her next week. I originally had an issue with her because she told me that she didn’t “feel” like doing a needed procedure on my daughter during her planned appointment which really upset my daughter and caused her to cry because my daughter has been in constant pain for 6mths now. During this appointment, I felt rushed and it was a lack of empathy. The doctor and her assistant didn’t have any information from my daughter’s previous appointments and surgery with the clinic. Then when I asked questions to the doctor, she said she didn’t know because they were just renting space there. She also removed hard skin from where my daughter had surgery previously without numbing which induced extreme pain the slapped a horseshoe pad around the area without any instruction. When I asked what I needed to do and how often the pad needed to be changed she said I could buy extra pads from them…TBC

I am writing this review about my Podiatrist Dr. Shelford. I have never went to a podiatrist until I started seeing Dr. Shelford. She has helped me understand what is going on with my feet. By me being a diabetic it is certain things that I can have done to my feet. She is the "BEST" and I recommend her to anyone especially my friends and family. Thank you Dr. Shelford for ALL you. Dr Shelford made me feel very comfortable. After the exam and questions etc., she told me what we were going to do, why and how she came to the decisions. She gave me her undivided attention and she answered any questions I had. I recommend Dr Shelford.
