List of Jeffrey D Caudill's Reviews
DR. JEFFREY CAUDILL IS A VERY CAPABLE & CCARING DR. IM NEW TO FLORIDA & I WAS SO HAPPY TO FIND A " FRIENDLY DR. WILLING TO DISCUSS MY EVERY OPTION OF CARE!" THANK YOU, DR. CAUDILL ☺️
Dr.Caudill and his staff are the best pain management team in North Florida. Having chronic pain is very difficult. Dr.Caudill and his team are very compassionate. They take the time to listen and form a plan to help you. He keeps up on the newest procedures and solutions. I am very thankful to have them.
When I first heard about pain management doctors, the reputation was they were stern and uncompassionate. Needless to say, I was not sure what I was going to encounter when I went for my first visit. This reputation does not apply to Dr. Caudill. He is very approachable, compassionate and shows he actually is concerned about your pain and the best way to treat it. I felt like I'd known him for years when I left that appointment, that is how comfortable he and his staff made me feel. I highly recommend Dr. Caudill to anyone with chronic pain. I also give kudos to his staff. I have not once encountered anyone with a rude attitude. All of them have been very friendly and courteous!
Are you looking for a Pain Specialist that knows what he is doing to get you out of pain AND WHERE YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT AN HOUR BEFORE BEING CALLED BACK TO A ROOM THEN 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE DOCTOR COMES IN?? Well Dr. Caudill's Office is what you are looking for. You will never be treated any kinder either! I don't know about you but this is what I look for and expect after paying high prices for Medical Insurance.. You will not be disappointed.
I absolutely love Dr Jeffrey Caudill. He listens and does everything to care for your health issues. My Neurosurgeon surgeon sent me to him and I haven’t looked back. I highly recommend him.
My wife has gone to a couple of Pain Management Centers ( PMC ) since she was in an auto accident in 2005. She was driving my little truck while I was overseas, to keep it in good running condition & was hit from behind. They said if she'd been in her convertible, she wouldn't have made it. Now, Brén, has a TBI, w/pituitary damage, seizures, migraines, neck, back, shoulder, & knee issues. She has arthritis in her wrists & hands. Degenerative disc & joint disease especially bad in her hips. The 1st PMC, caused my wife to go into withdrawals from a change in meds, on a Weds or Thurs afternoon. This was all because she is allergic 2 the tape on one of the medications. The PA would not listen to her, so she showed the Dr. Her speech is better if she knows U, more than one time. * Ok as for Dr. Caudell, It's not just him it's also, Janey Sappe & Shelly also Maggie & Regina. I know that there are others, & she really loves them all there. She refuses to get any insurance that they are not a part of. Thank You, D. Havnr!
When I returned to Jacksonville I went to my old pain management Dr and found that the practice had been taken over by another physician. The new Physician treated me like a drug seeking criminal. Even though he had records going back years. He knew I’d been taking pain meds for awhile. He had records showing 5 failed back surgeries and still scoffed in my face and said, “ you’re not a cancer patient, don’t you think you’re exaggerating?”. I was hurt and offended. I wanted to scream- don’t you think I’d rather not be here at all? He reduced my medication by more than half and told me I’d be fine. I decided to find someone new. Dr. Caudill treated me like a person. He wouldn’t even see me before he had the opportunity to review my records. Thank you for actually taking me seriously. He had great bedside manner and a wonderful sense of humor. If I could give him more stars I would! What a blessing.
DR. Caudill is the best in explaining things fully. He as well as his office always have been on point. He has helped me with relief as well as being honest and transparent with his explanation.
Excellent services. All doctors are thorough and personable. Referred my parents and my husband has been a long time patient. They understand and provide compassionate care.
Unfortunately Dr. Caudill refused to see me because I wouldn't give him my social security number. Let me say that again. A doctor REFUSED to see a patient who could use his help because the patient wouldn't give their SSN. The doctor hid behind his "office policy" as an excuse, even after I pressed the issue. Keep in mind the insurance companies DO NOT want you giving your SSN to the providers, so this is totally against the relationship the provider has with the insurance company. I want to let everyone know that you SHOULD NOT BE GIVING YOUR SSN TO DOCTOR'S OFFICES. It is NOT required for them to process your claim. It is a MAJOR SECURITY CONCERN that they are collecting this data. If and/or when the data gets breached you will receive a "sorry" letter in the mail letting you know how long it went on for, and YOU will live with the consequences of that, NOT the provider. Remember this. Not only will the hackers potentially have your medical history, but they'll also have your SSN AND all your demographic information, including where you live. It's almost like these people don't think identity theft is real. The only reason they try to collect your SSN is because they're worried you're not going to pay your bill, and this is how they will come after you. Thus, pay your bills and be a good patient so we don't have to deal with this disgusting nonsense anymore.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
