We were expecting to see Dr Evans to receive answers to cause for pain and to receive treatment. Dr Evans did a thorough exam and referred me for a CT SPECT scan. That is where it ended. Never saw him again to answer questions, review test results and discuss next steps. I received a note from him in the Mayo app. Tried calling office and was told his note had been sent and I could contact Pain Management office for an appointment. We called and they could not get us in until the following week. We drove 11 hours to get her and had already been here a week. I would ask alit if questions before making the trip. It is not what we were expecting.

Dr. Evans is one of the best doctors I ever had. He genuinely cares about your health as well as your well-being. He is exceptional!!! His staff is also great!! All together they make a great team. I am so grateful I have them as part of my health care.

On each visit . The environment was very clean and fresh with Covid-19 awareness being first priority and heavily stressed,all personal were friendly and caring presenting a loving atmosphere along with telephone courtesy and office mannerisms these practices were on a continuous basis ,Questions asked were answered professionally, friendly,and honestly. Most visits are by appointment only but by them being as flexible as possible walk-ins are accepted and treated with ultimate respect by the staff supervisors and managers creating a well round environment to work in and visit

Dr. Evans listens to his patients and allows time for questions. He offers diagnostic information and his recommendations for treatment. He spends time explaining complicated information in a way that is easily understood by the patient. He seems to care about the whole patient.
