John Morello's Online Review Report Card

Be aware - you may NOT be seeing a Dermatologist, but a PA! They did not advise me of this prior to the visit, and during the visit when I asked, it was at this point that they said no, the Dermatologist does not come but twice a week. The charges we still at spiciest fees all the same. Patients must be advised that they would not have access to the Doctor, because they are paying for specialist care! Won't be going back.

Professional, knowledgeable and always listening. Carolyn on staff is genuine and is always so sweet and efficient. Great place to be!

The doctor performed a biopsy that confirmed skin cancer. By the time of my surgical appointment, the site of the biopsy had healed and was difficult to see. Doctor did not reference a chart or photograph to confirm exact location of the biopsy. He performed skin removal surgery, but this was not done at the location of the original diagnostic biopsy. Discouraged to find a surgical wound in the wrong place.

Our family has been going to Dr. Morello's for over 10 years. For the first time, I missed 1 appointment and his office manager said sorry we cannot reschedule you since our new policy is to not do further business with anyone who misses an appointment. Ludicrous. We were not informed of this new policy and the office manager was extremely rude in her explanation. I will never do business with them again and i recommend you look elsewhere. Apparently they have more than enough business.

After being a patient for over 10 years, along with other family members, I was told by the hard case office manager when i missed my appointment, that i was no longer welcomed back. New policy she said. No notice just take your business elsewhere. After never missing any appointments, she did not want to hear any reasons why, no exceptions. The Doctor is good at what he does, but it does not make up for an office manager who is usually rude and very cold to the patients.

The staff may not offer you refreshments nor ask about your children or grandchildren but please, take into consideration; she is busy answering the phone and ensuring that your insurance is in order. Dr. Morello is an intelligent doctor who will take time with you but will not waste your time. I have been to many dermatologist and now drive approx. 25 miles to see Dr. Morello. He and his staff are worth it.

Dr. Morello cares about his patients and takes time to get them the right treatment options. His staff are very nice and accommodating!

I havenever been to a doctor that sends his receptionist into your waiting room for more and more money!! His approach was very flippant.. Do not look for any sympathy or caring from him.. he will send you to another hustler to nail you for all you have got... Consider this mans office.. it looks like a comedy club for show and tell time.. He was obnoxious. Guess he hates old women.

This was my first visit and could not be more pleased with his knowledge in the area of dermatology and his staff. I will certainly be back.

Dr Morello has been taking care of me for a couple of months. I just moved down to Florida and couldn't be happier I have a Dermatologist that takes the time to explain to me any conditions . Dr Morello listens to what I have to say and shares his opinion which has helped me tremendously. I am very impressed on his knowledge about my condition. I highly recommend Dr Morello!
