We love Dr. Mansur. Always the professional and he knows how to communicate.

New patient and was expecting the new patient ordeal. Nothing like that at all! The online check in was easy, all my meds were already there. The office staff was kind and helpful. I was seen by Dr. Mansir right on time and he was warm, engaging and informative. Really happy that everything went so well!

My son is a patient of Dr Mansur. This Dr is such a pain to deal with. Thinks my son just complains about his issues. First thing i observed was, before my so had to go on dialysis, he wouldn't prescribe any medications to help my son on delaying or keeping his kidney function from declining. I have the same issues as my son and my doctor prescribed Kerendia and farxiga. Both have helped me gain 9 percent more function for my kidneys. Second was when my sons function was below 5 percent he told him to go to the ER. We arrived the next morning and and did all the preliminary stuff and the surgeon was ready to do the surgery at around 11am only to be told to wait for Dr Mansur to visit my son and make sure about doing pre neonatal dialysis. My son had been seeing Dr Mansur for over a year by this time and had several conversations about doing pre neonatal dialysis. My son had decided 6 months prior this is what he wanted. Now this caused us to stay in the hospital another day and a half due to Mansur. Third issue is now it has been 6 weeks since the surgery. My son has been bedridden 3 of those weeks in pain. He got a bad rash all over his body, which caused severe itching, which dried out his skin. He has shed his skin like a snake. When he gets out of bed to use the bathroom there is a trail of his skin folicals on the floor that let's you know he has moved around. This lead to a second surgery. He hasn't eaten much since getting home and when he does he throws it up. We tried getting the doctors office to prescribe nausea medicine and was told by the nurse, no, and that Mansur says that my son complains too much. What!!! What a jerk. Just prescribe the nausea medicine. It's not hurting you doc, but it would help my son with his nausea. We are actively looking for another doctor that understands patient comfort and concerns after going through surgery for dialysis. Sorry this is so long. Good luck if you use him as your nephrologist.

Should be calling dialysis center back in regards to patients with infections and provide next steps of care. Not calling them or a patient back is unacceptable with this health condition!

This guy is a complete clown. Absolutely disrespectful, has zero bed side manners. And if there's a (oppositional patient) smh, I have autism (Asperger's), he didn't even want to hear me explain myself, all he said was, " I've heard all about you". Bad mistake, now there's a section 7 grievance going out on this clown. 1st what was said? 2nd who said what 3rd why attend to me if you've already a skewed misconception of me? Yeah, you done fkd up clown.

I wrote this review and it keeps disappearing. yesterday he had two reviews and today 10, excluding mine. Really? My husband is a patient of Dr. Mansur. He was transferred to his care after a hospital stay and is in renal failure. Since this doctor has been caring for him, his hemoglobin went from 13.75 to 9.4. All his numbers are going in the wrong direction. I called him regarding an upcoming vascular surgery and asked him to get his iron levels to an acceptable level for surgery. No call back. Although his iron level was not up to the number 10 required by the hospital, they did the surgery anyway. He has fallen twice in the last two days he is so weak. The dialysis center called him regarding a fall while he was there. He did not take their call either. He leaves a legacy of not returning calls. A nice smile when one meets him, but his smile does not convert to a caring heart. Avoid this doctor at all cost for the care of your loved one. after a hospital stay.

Dr. Mansur is a caring, very professional and knowledgeable physician. He explains everything that you need to know. Jacksonville is very fortunate to have him here.

Dr. Mansur is in and out of the exam room with small chit chat but barely any usable information about the kidney. When you start to dig deeper his real side comes out, he says he only cares about the kidneys. Well then why are you messing with medicines for other ailments? He changed all my elderly Mother’s meds without regard. Dr. Mansur has zero bedside manner. He cares for kidneys and not the feelings or other ailments of his patients. This man is unprofessional and rude. The staff that work for him are highly unprofessional. Olivia particularly has a nervous giggle and this comes out at the worst times. When you are talking about life or death she needs to be removed from the room and not allowed to deal with patients. Also she doesn’t need to deal with the elderly. Memory issues are a problem and she doesn’t care even when this has been explained to her. Please do not go here. Your kidneys will work but you’ll die of something else that he messed with and admittedly he doesn’t care.

This Doctor gives incomplete information. He doesn’t consider the entire patient. If you have more than one issue he only cares about your kidneys even if his treatment affects your other ailments. When I confronted him about this issue he admitted my assumption. He and is staff aren’t good with elderly patients as they need extra attention when it comes to understanding what is going on and why. He offers no assistance when it comes to dietary restrictions. Olivia his nurse unfortunately has a terrible nervous condition that causes her to giggle incessantly. When talking to Olivia about sensitive matters and how giggling is inappropriate she just can not stop. When we addressed this issue with Dr Mansur he said he liked Olivia and so we needed to find a new Dr. I had already planned to find a new Doctor for my mother, we only went back for lab results. I told him how he was also insensitive to his patient who thought a kidney problem was the end of her life. He said he wasn’t unprofessional. I highly recommend you keep looking for a doctor.
