Been with Dr Hayes & 1st Coast Cardiovascular for decades(?). The 1st time I really needed you & your practice was after a catheterization procedure performed in late February of 2022 at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville FL. I was disappointed in yours and the practice/corporation’s performance. No debrief other than handing me a stack of papers like I knew what I was looking at approx. 6 weeks after the procedure. Recommendation for follow up was for 2 weeks after procedure. Inability to contact Hayes or the practice by any means other the phone was impossible for me, even sent a certified signature required letter that were delivered but not received by Hayes. Dr Hayes has been a great doctor, the practice not so much.

Love Dr Hayes, great cardiologist, however, the office still requires masks to be worn even though the Governor said you can't mandate masks anymore. I'm not required to wear one at my dentist, orthopedic specialist, primary care or foot doctor. So why there? If people don't want to wear a mask they shouldn't have to especially since the vaccinations were suppose to take care of the mask problem. So now I go looking for another cardiologist due to a lame office policy.

Awesome doctor!!! I never feel like I'm being rushed through my appointment. Takes the time to listen and addresses any issues/questions I have. Wouldn't want any other cardiologist. He's A+++++

Cant get an appointment, called and I have an issue with a med I am taking, he is booked for 1.5 months from the day I called but he has a 2 week vacation in there to, but this office has 15 doctors and 3 to 4 nurse practicioners and a few MAs, they say they will have an MAs email the doctor and I never hear back, this is not acceptable, if I were to say anything then its like who did you talk to, and if I didnt write their name down it never happened and here come all the excuses from them, it is typical, now I have a medical issue and have to find another doctor, I cant wait 45 days, It is 3 or 4 days since I called so I have been put in the trash or they will not be calling me back so what makes a good doctor, if they never call me back can I call this doctor a good doctor, this doctor should have policies in place about patients calling in for an appt. or has a medical issue appearing from a medication, pretty important stuff in my book so in this case the staff sucks

They’ve (in Atlanta)run the vascular tests every year, but a Dr never really discussed them with me, he talks to me .
