Was not a good experience. Front desk lady was very rude with an issue that was not my fault it was between my insurance and her process department. I felt embarrassed the way he was talking to me and the insurance lady over the phone knowing that there was other patients in he office that was listening to the conversation. It was so unprofessional.
Friendly staff. Doctor and dental assistant were very patient with my anxious child.
It’s always a pleasure to take my kids there. The staff makes it a very friendly environment for the kids.
Love this gentle lady dentist
Had my twins come here for their first dentist appointment today! I was bit nervous because my boys were quite scared, but all the wonderful ladies at Kids First Dentistry were so kind and helpful that now my boys are excited to go back! I am very happy with the experience we had! Highly recommend!
Me and my son both loved them very clean , nice and welcoming 😊
Friendly staff. They were very gentle with my two year old.
I took my two children here for the first time today. I chose this particular dentist’s office because they had reasonable self-pay rates and many good reviews. My children received cleanings simultaneously. They were next to each other and I was able to check on each child as they were getting their teeth cleaned. One of my children had a great experience. The hygienist was friendly and patient. Unfortunately, my other child did not. Prior to the cleaning, I let the hygienist know that my child has experienced anxiety at the dentist previously. I emphasized the amount of anxiety my child has experienced during previous dental visits. The hygienist said she understood and took the proper precautions during x-rays. However, during the cleaning, her patience wore thin. My child became overwhelmed, requested a break, and started crying. The hygienist started raising her voice at my child due to lack of compliance. I walked over and asked “What’s wrong?” My child felt as though they were choking during the cleaning. They did not understand that the hygienist was trying to help. Albeit, calming down and listening to instructions is very challenging if you struggle with anxiety and someone is raising their voice and insisting that you comply. Nevertheless, I talked her through the anxiety and the cleaning resumed. After a few minutes, my child started to cry again. My child requested another break due to feeling overwhelmed and as if they were choking. Because my child was starting to panic, I said “Let’s take a break please” and the hygienist insisted on continuing. I’d like to give the hygienist the benefit of the doubt and assume they were having a bad day; however, working in a pediatric dentist’s office requires patience. If you’re unable to show patience, then perhaps a different line of work would be more appropriate. I do know that raising one’s voice at a patient and making them feel ashamed for having anxiety is completely inappropriate. I will be reaching out to the office regarding my experience. I hope they consider refreshing their hygienists on how to be patient towards children who have anxiety. Often times, anxiety is experienced because the child feels like they do not have control of the situation. While the cleaning may be slower than anticipated, slowing down to accommodate the child’s comfort level and educating them on what to expect can work wonders on keeping a child calm. Due to this experience, I will not be returning with my children. I know there are other offices that will accommodate an anxious patient’s needs. If your child experiences dental anxiety, I would reconsider taking them here.
They will push anesthesia on your kid with ZERO reason. Please visit somewhere else. Went to another dentist the DAY after and said it was not needed whatsoever and laughing gas would suffice. This is how children die. Un-needed procedures.
Great experience as always! We love love it here. Everyone is always very nice , friendly and, welcoming and just overall amazing :)

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
