I asked about a health concern outside of the one she was treating and she just kept repeating the same thing. She told me "at this point, get a second opinion" - my concern was simply and only severe and SUDDEN oily skin, and if I could get my levels checked to see if they were CURRENTLY okay. This was new to me, and I was concerned. But she kept refusing. She doesn't have good bedside manner, and is rude. STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE A LBGTQ+ PATIENT. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO TO HER. SHE IS NOT SAFE. THEY CONSTANTLY ASK ABOUT YOUR GENITALS. IT IS HIGHLY UNCOMFORTABLE.

Dr. Juardo is great. She is very professional and kind. She listens to my concerns and discusses them with me. I feel she really listens and does not make you feel rushed yet at the same time the appointment is pretty quick and very efficient. Love having her as my doctor and feel that she really cares for her patients.
