MIchael Baptista's Online Review Report Card

I just wish I had done this sooner. I chose to have the sleeve procedure done. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Baptista and the staff at his office and at Memorial Hospital. Everyone made my visit wonderful. If anyone asks me if I would recommend to have this procedure done? I would say Yes in a heart beat. I couldn't be happier. I look forward to losing the weight and being able to do things with my family that I have missed out on due to my being so over weight. Dr. Baptista is a joy and knows what he is doing. As long as you follow the directions he gives you, everything will be alright and you will lose weight. I lost 17 lbs. in my first 2 weeks after surgery.

If I could give Dr. Baptista and his office a 100 star review I would. Earlier this year I was scared to call and ask questions about changing my life for the better. The second I called, I was welcomed with the most amazing and patient staff of ANY doctors office I've ever been to in my life. Flash forward to recently, I had my surgery and Dr. Baptista was EXCELLENT at everything he did including making me feel comfortable. If you are questioning this office, DO yourself a favor and just call. They have most definitely changed my life!

For months I have tried to find the words and thoughts to express my feelings for Dr. Baptista, this extraordinary individual. I finally concluded no words will ever be enough, but I will give it a shot anyway. Dr. Baptista's abilities are unmatched. His dedication is above and beyond. In my 3 week stay in the hospital he never missed one day visiting me. Can you imagine that!!! Twenty one days, weekdays, weekends, daytime, nighttime, never missed a day. He adds new dimension to the statement: individual attention. His determination was endless. He worked tiredlessly to perform with excellence, not one operation but three, even though he only signed up for one. He added endless levels of hard work and extra effort. Compassionate, extraordinarily knowledgeable, tremendous skill, and talent; the adjectives keep coming. He is the perfect combination of medical professional and amazing person. His talent and caring manner is a credit to the medical profession. My medical experience dealing with doctors is lengthy. Over a 15 year span traveling from local institutions all the way to the National Institute of Health. Finding a doctor like Dr. Baptista is something nearly everyone wants, but few ever get to experience. My trust, confidence and admiration for him is endless. He is not only an amazing doctor but a delightful person. I can never thank him enough for all he has done for me. My health and everyday life has improved beyond measure.
