I have been seeing Dr. Hanes for a little over 2 years now for epidural injections in my back. I had back fusion surgery 10 years ago but after 6 years the pain was back. I was referred to JAXSPINE by my neurosurgeon two years ago.Dr. Hanes has done an outstanding job of alleviating my back pain so that I can have a quality of life and can continue to exercise. The epidural injections he has, and continues to administer to me, have made such a positive difference in my life thanks to his knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. Please pass along my sincere thanks to him and staff, greatly appreciated. Mr. Kim Conlee
I initially contacted the office foe sciatic pain. Went for initial assessment and within a couple days received an injection. The doc said we could schedule a second injection or just wait until the pain returned. I chose to wait. A couple months later and it begins to hurt again. Making that appointment I was told it was only for an assessment. A few days later I go in and what do you know I need to schedule another appointment for the procedure. This time the appointment was almost 3 weeks away! Really? I declined and left. I now get assessment request from a doctor I have never seen. And have not returned.3weeks
Dr. John Carey (& his team) are as good as it gets. No doubt about the quality of their treatment, service and overall demeanor. The entire staff (office employees too) works to make each and every patient feel comfortable.
1. Fine medical providers. Pain from wreck with texting driver is finally better 3 years later. They are respectful, listen, and care with expertise. Short, hurried appointments, so miss important details. Can only address one issue at a time, so multiple appointments and expensive co-pays which could be avoided if we could address more than one body part. 2. Administation is bad and delays care. Referral authorizations are “lost” every time, delaying care for long weeks of pain. Multiple phone calls. Referred to a message machine where no one calls back. Doctors “can’t help” the system. Appointment line wait is 45-51 minutes. Their Call Back System does not work. 3. Ancillary staff are disrespectful, especially to women. I am an executive and get called “honey”, “sweetie”, “my dear” and “sweet pea”(!) and treated in the same dismissive manner. I have a name, use it. Or, ma’am works. 4. Could be great. Are not.
Jamie is amazing. She helped me so much. Her customer service was so on point. She was warm and very friendly
The doctors in this group are amazing and I would love to give them five stars, but omg the billing dept refuses to apply cash correctly. They constantly apply cash to appts not on your statement yet. Then charge you for same service date multiple times. This tactic makes it very difficult to use receipts for HSA or tax deductions since you can't use the cost of an appt more than once for tax returns or reimbursement. Calling them is no use, if someone does call you back they will tell you to just pay it because you have a balance.
I made the decision to leave this practice after the experience I had at my last appt. with Dr. Bremer. I left my appt. that day in tears after being made to feel dismissed and unheard. I deal with enough stress from my chronic pain, I don't want to deal with even more from the place that is supposed to providing me relief. I hope nobody else ends up feeling like I did.
I have been seeing Dr Vincenty off and on for over 15 years. He is a great doctor and back when he was a much smaller practice, his service ( and time spent with patients) and care was exceptional. They are just too big to give the level of care their patients need. I have been waiting many months and have spent over $1000 waiting and and waiting through endless appointments, authorizations and just wasted time, for my procedure which was always the end result. Still waiting 3 weeks later for a call back ( which never happens) to schedule it. It’s awful. While the PA’s are very nice and thorough, the level of care is not consistent and has resulted in mistakes and miscommunication which has put my treatment even further behind!!! Some of the clinical staff are great while others appear to just not want to be there. Be sure to make your concerns heard with the PA ( you never get to talk to the doctor) because once they walk out, you won’t get anyone to help you after you leave that room until you eventually return.
I've been going here over a year they just give you the run around and make insane money off of you and your insurance I'm still in excruciating pain and they just dismiss it and tell me oh the next this or that will make it better. Don't waste your time and money find a real doctor.
Terrible— these are supposed to be people that care for you. Rude, condescending, and general lack of overall care. They want your money — that’s it.GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
