Best experience I've ever had in a doctor's office! Entire staff is friendly & respectful. I arrived 15 minutes early, I was quickly escorted back to a room, she listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions & took care of my problem on the first visit. In total I was in & out in a hour. I couldn't be happier ☺️

Lee was so great. I was very nervous and she immediately started talking to intently calm me. The assistant was great. From the time I walked in the lady at the front desk was so nice and so helpful. The lady that checked me out was helpful. It was an overall great experience.

The staff is so incredibly caring and thorough. I have had two skin cancers they found and treated. I truly love my visits and the care I receive. I highly recommend Park Avenue Dermatology!

I go to Park Avenue in River City. I told Mrs. Lee that I was going to post a review on Google and . . . she's awesome! I am not a fan of medical appointments, but Mrs. Lee is the absolute exception to the rule. Fantastic dermatologist, great communicator, and phenomenal human being. I actually look forward to my dermatology appointments!!!!

My husband and I have been going to Park Avenue Dermatology for close to 6-7 years. We absolutely love Ms. Jenn!! All of their staff is great!! The doctors, the office people. The nursing assistance, doctors and practitioners are caring, knowledgeable and never in a rush-even though I know there are patients waiting to be seen. I recommend them to anyone who needs to see a dermatologist. We live close to their Northside office but honestly I would drive an hour to go to their office. I believe there is no other dermatology office in Jacksonville better than their office. They are the BEST!!!
