I had the best experience today at Precision imaging. Nina and Jada were a 10! So was the sweet girl at the check in/out desk! They were so professional and extremely comforting when it came to calming my nerves. Thanks for the great experience.

I have been calling for 2 days to cancel my appointment. No one answers the phone, 2 days expected wait time for emails. I even called other locations to try and find a way to speak with someone to cancel my appointment. I better not get charged.

Had MRI and mammogram done during the same appointment. The wait was less than 10 minutes in a comfortable, safe waiting area. The staff was beyond professional and friendly. I have found my new imaging center.

Can't even answer basic questions. Unhelpful when trying to get a simple answer on a procedure. Refused to ask someone more knowledgeable for help, just told me I had to have "the code" to tell me if they even did the procedure. Apparently they can't read, look up or research an answer. LAZY AND RUDE. God help you if you have ANY issues with your procedure!!!

I was given an appointment for basic xrays. After taking off work, I received a call and they canceled my appointment with no explanation and with only 20 minutes notice prior to my appointment time. I was not able to reschedule for 2 weeks. The next day, I received a call canceling that rescheduled appointment with no explanation again. I was then told it would be 4 months until they could reschedule me at the same location! Clearly this business does not have it's act together.

I've had numerous x-rays over the years at various places - all were better than Precision on Beach Blvd. After being told my doctor would receive the results within 48 hours, I called repeatedly urging to get the scans back. To no avail. Every place I've ever had an x-ray sent the scans back much more quickly than Precision Imaging. This was ridiculous and I couldn't be more disappointed.
