Very pleasant facility. I was recently seen here for an ultrasound. While they were running behind from an unforeseen emergency, they seemed to handle everything very well. I will reschedule any future imaging needs her again.Thank you all!

I have to say I was most impressed with the customer service I received from Katie at the check-in desk. She was most pleasant, kind, professional and had a great sense of humor. Katie explained the process and like she said, my wait time was less than three (3) minutes. From the time I walked in, received my chest x-ray and walked out the door, it was less than 12 minutes. Katie represents Precision Imaging Center with the utmost professionalism and knows how to treat customers to make them feel they are the most valued and most important. Thank you Precision and Katie, you made this process seamless, painless and actually enjoyable!

I had to jump on this 3 star rating.... This place made me feel so comfortable when going for my first mammogram. I literally thought I was going to pass out from what my friends had warned me about. The technician could not have been kinder or more professional. I wish I had remembered her name but I was panicking at the time she introduced herself. I'm so thankful for how well she treated me. I hope somehow she sees this review. Also, scheduling was a breeze. They have late appointments which is perfect for me and they had me in and out so quickly. If you're in need of imaging services, don't believe the 3 star rating. This place is top notch.

I am perplexed by the 3 stars. I personally use precision and send patients here all the time. They are very pleasant accomodating and have the proper technology to do the test I need. I havent had a patient complain in over 10 years.

Unless you want to wait an hour to be seen I would suggest booking your MRI elsewhere. This is the second time I’ve visited this facility. The first I waited 45 min for my appt. this time, upon arrival, I was told I would be waiting an hour. If you are running that far behind then they should be calling their patients and telling them prior to arriving. I will not be coming back to this business.
