Dr Gazzi gets 5 stars from me. I was nervous about receiving my Medial Branch Block. As soon as i met him my nerves subsided. He has great energy and bedside manner. Hard to come by these days. He explained everything he was doing and what i would be feeling. He made me laugh at a time i was in pain. I highly recommended him and the staff that assisted.

After my first and last encounter my pain increased after spinal injections. Other doctors improved pain for up to a year.

Terrible. He is so arrogant. His way or the highway My First experience with this after Years at the Mayo. Pain Management and NO compassion!!! Offered. When told injections were out of the question due to cardiac concerns he still continued with that course of treatment, Asked to have new tests done he said no ? Not usual Mayo protocol ,, came in with pain and Hope. Left in Pain. No hope ! Disappointed for the first time at the Fl Mayo .

My back was a wreck, Dr. Ghazi and staff were great. Gave me options, didn't waste my time or make unnecessary appointments. My back is now much better after a procedure he performed. The one star review he recieved on Google was from a woman if you click on all her reviews, she gave all places, persons, and companies 1 star reviews. Don't let an obviously miserable person sway your decision, she probably never even met Dr. Ghazi.

Very impressed with Dr. Ghazi. He performed a procedure on me today that I was very nervous about. From the moment he walked in and introduced himself, he was so kind, patient, great sense of humor and put me totally at ease and it was so obvious what a talented and experienced physician he is. Very caring, explained everything as he was doing it and I didn’t experience an ounce of discomfort. Very highly recommended.

I had 3 procedures by this Doctor. He has no empathy, told me about his back problems, told me not to do things that cause pain, I am in constant pain just sitting, said he is overworked and recommended I go elsewhere. Corteroid steroid shot was useless. Nerve ablation was so painful he performed. Told me to bring someone next time so I can have pain meds. Then said don’t contact him for 3 weeks. I think he burned the wrong nerves. No relief. I have never seen a worse doctor. Mayo use to have a good reputation but they are terrible now. Do Not Go To Dr. Ghazi he needs to retire!!!!!
