I just had my first appointment with Dr. Munjal and it was amazing! Usually, I expect long waits and paperwork or insurance problems before seeing a doctor for just a few minutes. This was totally different. The whole staff was so friendly. They made me feel welcome, like I had been coming there for years. Dr. Munjal took plenty of time with me. He carefully explained my lab results and all my treatment options. Even though my problem wasn’t too serious, he never rushed me. Dr. Munjal really knows what he’s doing. We talked about several health topics, and he answered all my questions. He was professional but also very kind. This is exactly what I want in a doctor. I would definitely recommend Dr. Munjal to anyone who needs a Nephrologist. Great experience from start to finish!

I really liked the doctor and felt he was a caring individual who wanted only the best for his patients. However, I had an appointment this coming Friday that I canceled recently because I called the office five times in about seven days to request information about my blood work and if I needed to have it done again. I was told this by a lab technician because they couldn’t get good results for some reason on my blood work and my urinalysis. I spoke to two people in five tries . 3 recordings took my other msgs, and nobody called me back. Yesterday a live person answered and she promised somebody will call me. Nobody did. Today I called again to cancel my appointment and the person could’ve cared less, that was Chris. He actually asked me if I wanted to reschedule- what is going on in this office? It’s such a shame the doctor is so good but his staff is terrible now.

Everyone in this office is WONDERFUL! The gentleman at the front desk, Henrietta the MA & Dr Munjal, my Nephrologist are absolutely delightful every time I come here for my appointment. Dr Munjal truly loves to educate his patients. He takes his time in explaining everything & answers all my questions. He doesn't rush me at all. He is amazing. Additionally, he has a dialysis clinic within walking distance to his office. He truly loves what he does & is an exceptional provider. Dr Munjal is the exception - not the rule when it comes to medicine & patient care.

This doctor is one of a kind. I’ve been bringing my grandmother to him for several years. She recently was admitted to the hospital in which he does rounds at as well and made sure to come and monitor her kidney function. My questions are always answered and he always eases our anxious minds. I cannot recommend Dr.Munjal enough!!
