Went for my annual doppler, my insurance I don't pay copays for imaging/testing. Since 2007 I've never paid a copay. Today 2/10/21 they insisted for a copays of $40 which I don't and never have had to pay. They were very ride and wouldn't do the doppler. Give them a zero rating if I could. Hope I don't have a stroke, my primary Doctor really wanted to see that doppler report because of my history and my last bloodwork was really bad. Miss Dr. Risley and his crew.

Dr. Clark saw my wife in the ER at Orange Park Medical Center for a small cut near her radial artery on Sunday. Instructed my wife to call her office ASAP to schedule follow up. We received paperwork During discharge stating the same. Called office two days in a row. Orange Park Medical Center intervened to help in scheduling and Dr. Clark’s Office required a referral from PCP even though our insurance does not require it. Dr. Clark’s Office said they had no record of my wife as a patient and would not accept faxed medical records from Orange Park Medical Center showing Dr. Clark performed an examination. Had to schedule a consult with a vascular doctor 37 miles from our home to have a follow up visit. Maybe this review is directed more towards the staff at Dr. Clark’s office because Dr. Clark was otherwise very knowledgeable and accessible, but unfortunately professionals are sometimes only as good as who they employ and how much they train common sense out of those employees.

Excellent bedside manner, professional and courteous. She will do surgery on me tomorrow and I have been thoroughly impressed with her credentials, experience, and those who recommended her. I am going into an endarterectomy knowing I am in her capable hands.

Dr. Clark and her staff are great. Her staff is trained on how to deal with you as a person. As for Dr. Clark she is straight forward when dealing with you and that is hard to find these days.

Two Surgeris; one life saving and one for general welfare. Excellent staff; which generally is a direct reflection of the Doctor they work with! She’s the Bomb!
