I have been a patient of Dr. Warren for 20 years. He is the best dermatologist in Jacksonville. I am a melanoma survivor & he has taken wonderful care of me all these years. I am heartbroken that I have to leave him because we moved out of town. I pray I can find a dermatologist almost as good as he is because there is no one better!

Dr Warren and all of his staff were perfect. Surgery went great and hardly any pain after I got home. Very professional office. Highly recommend to individuals who need skin cancer surgery.

I was charged when I have insurance also I was looked at by one of his staff they said nothing seemed suspicious but I'm having pain and also the spot has changed colors

I am a wound care NP who works with the worst wounds with various bacterial growth that I am frequently exposed to, not to mention Covid & Fl heat. Due to these factors I felt I needed to take FMLA to have topical chemo on my chest. This procedure leaves an open weepy wound for about 2 weeks (not a good idea to work with my own infectious patients). However, my FMLA was denied by Kelly John NP, so I reached out to the Dr to explain why I wanted time off of work, but still, he backed her. ABSOLUTE IRRESPONSIBILITY! She actually told me To put a bandaid on it (8x8 Area approx) IGNORANCE AND PRIDE! I was devastated and had to cancel my procedure, my leave and start all over with a more ethical practice. I have worked since I was 16. I give my patients the best of me and I wasn’t afforded the same respect. Even my employer was shocked. I have been in depression for a week, feeling I am not worthy of a voice. To me, this is a disgusting display of negligence. Please proceed with caution!

I was referred to Dr. Warren from Dr. Butcher my primary care at Baptist Health. The skin cancer had gotten worse over the course of 6 mths and since it's almost in the middle of my chest I thought the scare would be horrific. It has been a month and I can already tell that when the inner stitches dissolve there won't be much scar left.

Today I went to First Coast Mohs on Belfort Oaks and I had the best experience! I needed 2 different spots looked at and removed. Ms Cooksey and her assistants were very calming and knowledgeable and had it done before I even knew it. What a relief! I wish I went alot sooner. Very professional. I highly recommend. -Misty A.

I had basal cell carcinoma removed from my ear. Dr Warren did a great job! I was very happy with the procedure and the results.

I was told that Dr Warren's office is all business. No time for chit chat at all. So, I tried to adhere to their way. I actually had an appointment later on(next month), but they actually called me back gave me a sooner appointment. That made me happy, as I had become concerned about a new and fast growing bump on my face. They came in asked about a little bit of family history. Then they looked me over and found two concerns & then removed them and will send them out for a biopsy. I really liked the office, the staff and their treatment. The only minus, is I am old school. I missed the warmth from my former Dermatologist. He was kind, warm and loving. I was saddened when I called to make the appointment, only to find out he had passed away. I have to roll with the changing times and accept the inevitable. The only constant in life is change. I am glad my friends and my brother recommended me to this office. I look forward to getting my results soon. Praying for a good outcome.

Best MOHS surgeon I have been a patient for 5 years. Very professional and caring as well
