When having an issue at my last clinic, Dr Aure picked me up with no problem. I deal with autism, so Dr Aure along with Mrs Angie, made sure all the staff are aware, and how to deal with me. I've never had this before)iii, and it's amazing I don't have to repeat myself now. Dr Aure genuinely cares about his patients. Thank you Doc!

Just like my daughter Jacylyn Galvez who just did her review on Dr. Shaun Aure and his staff, would highly recommend without any doubt to everyone who needed help with their kidneys. Dr Shaun Aure has a great bedside manner, an accomodating Doctor and a God fearing human being with all his patients. I was diagnosed with ESRD in 2010 and was recommended by my Primary Physician, Dr Shaun Aure as my Nephrologist. He recommend me to do Peritoneal Dialysis and did that for 2yrs and i was called from Mayo Clinic on Thanksgiving Day 2015 that a new kidney is waiting for me. And i had a Bilateral Nephrectomy. And until now he’s still my “Angel sent Doctor” and his staff as i describe them🙏😇👍

My mother has had Dr. Aure through her whole ESRD journey. From Dialysis to Kidney transplant and bilateral nephrectomy. He has answered every question/doubts she’s ever had. Here’s the thing when you have a family member especially your mother you pray for providers/physicians like Dr. Aure that they are kind and receptive to their patients concerns and sincere regarding the patient’s care. And that’s what he exemplifies. His team are patient and accommodating to all appointment needs. In all aspects hospital and outpatient Dr. Aure and his team are excellent. Like the first review said you would want him overseeing your care inpatient and outpatient!

My first contact with Dr. Aure and his staff was exemplary! Dr. Aure had already been given the highest recommendations by two medical professionals prior to my first visit. He was everything I expected and more. His staff was also very warm and professional. My second visit was a follow up after initial tests. Once again Dr Aure shared my results in a manner which can only come from someone with sincere care for his patients. He delivers the information I need to hear objectively and with a such a calming demeanor, it gives me great confidence and trust in his abilities to help me. Once again his staff was also exemplary!

Signed in 15 minutes early for a 3 p.m. appt, waited 45 minutes. I was told to be there promptly at 3:00 for paperwork, I had completed it prior to arrival. I was never acknowledged. This place wasn't overwhelmed and there were 2 people behind the desk. The doctor could be great but it was a waste of my time. You need to train your people better!
