Dr. Pullen & the team are the best in the business. Lori, Tracy and all of the amazing staff consistently go above and beyond the call.

Been going to this office for years. Very friendly, efficient staff. Doctors O'Connor and Pullen are very detailed and professional and go the extra mile in order to explain treatment options to you.

I have been a patient with this practice for 33 years, & since Dr. Pullen bought into this practice it has gone down in service & genuine care drastically! I called today due to a sudden onset of a serious problem that resembled an infection. I was told I would have to go to an Optometry office I’ve never been to before, & they could not tell me if they take our ins, practice hours, etc. Dr. Watts, & his spouse Dr. Sherrell have NEVER sent my family to someone else due to a full schedule EVER! I paid nearly 1000.00 for glasses Feb. 2020, & I realize COVID 19 was a very real thing to all practices, & did not complain when I had to get my glasses adjustments done on the sidewalk in front of the practice, but to be told I couldn’t be seen for an obvious infection in my eye until Feb. was the last straw! We are hopeful the NEW practice is good, because we will never go back to Pullen’s indifferent practice!! Shame on you for having such a poor indifferent staff, that’s on you pal!

My family has gone to Dr Pullen several years now. He is one of the BEST doctors I have ever been to. My husband and I wear contacts and glasses and he fits them perfectly.

Dr Pullen is kind, knowledgeable, emphatic, to your needs. His staff is always ready to help. My eyes are very precious and worth more than the "in" and "out" shops. He is a true professional.

Dr Pullen and staff are outstanding! He is very patient and caring and strives to ensure that you get the best possible vision no matter how difficult your vision problem may be. I highly recommend him.

Wrote the wrong contacts prescription and didn't compensate for contacts I purchased based on that prescription. Also, optician told me progressive lens glasses would cost over $1100. Went elsewhere to buy the progressive lenses and frames for under $400 but they were apparently based on wrong prescription also. Optician wanted to blame the place where I purchased the glasses. Went to another optometrist and now I can see well with multi-focal contacts and progressive lens glasses, and I didn't pay anything close to $1100. The "good" prescriptions are essentially reverse from what Dr Pullen's office prescribed (opposite eyes). I won't go back nor recommend.

What a wonderful experience and a beautiful new office!!!

Dr. Pullen is very king and gentle even with my little guy who's 4. I like the fact that he's given me his personal home number if needed once we leave his office. Now that's patient care.
