I went to Dr. Fatahi for a consult and was so unimpressed I decided not to book. The examples he gave of his befores and afters for rhinoplasty were, in my opinion, abhorrent. I thought his portfolio was a joke at first. Then he did his assessment of my nose and after barely touching it decided it was a purely cosmetic rhinoplasty and not a reconstruction, despite me having a very obvious deviated septum and birth defect that impacts my breathing. His bedside manner left a lot to be desired - there’s just something very off with him, and after hearing from other patients of his, I’m glad I did not go through with my rhinoplasty with him. Would recommend looking at different surgeons.

I was in an automobile accident 25 years ago and crushed my nose, had it reconstructed and broke it again it was never "right". I had a saddle nose and bumps and a dent. I was In another car accident and hit my face/nose on the steering wheel again. I went to another plastic surgeon in town who told me he would not do surgery on my nose due to the extent of past trauma and scar tissue that was most likely present. My fiancé was doing work for Dr. Fatahhi and talked to him about my accident, He felt confident he could help me. I was really quite apprehensive, due to the fact no one had ever fixed my nose correctly (4 previous surgeries). Their promises were big but their results were quite poor. Dr. Fattahi told me from the beginning that I could expect about 60% improvement and that I would most likely need a second surgery. His promises were mediocre but his results were phenomenal!! I am only 9 days out of surgery but will be shocked if he needs/wants to do another surgery...

Dr Fattahi was fabulous! Not only in his care but also his because manner which is very important. I never doubted the surgery he did on me. It came out beautiful just as he said!
