Never had any complaints about Baptist south labor and delivery , until today when I got called 1 HOUR before my scheduled c-section to be told it has to be rescheduled until tomorrow morning due to their paperwork showing I’m 38 weeks 6 days pregnant and not 39 weeks exactly . How UNPROFESSIONAL to have scheduled me months ago for this , me get my toddlers schedule all prepared and everything planned out just for their scheduling office to make a huge mistake . This is not fair and definitely should have been caught way sooner THAN THE DAY OF. Very disappointed.

Scheduling and check-in upon arrival is easy. I was taken back for my mammogram within minutes of my arrival and was quickly on my way. The staff is courteous.

I arrived at 10:30am had to have emergency surgery (Appendicitis) and was on my way home at 5:30pm. From the time I walked in to the time I was wheeled out I couldn’t have asked for better treatment or friendly and professional staff. Dr. Buck Scott was amazing.

The facility is clean and efficient. i did not have to wait long before being called. I wish I remembered the technician's name. She was great. i have trouble standing and she suggested that I sit during the testing. It worked out perfectly. And she helped me get dressed.I highly recommend getting your mammogram here.

The whole experience was as pleasant as a mammogram could be. Everyone was kind, efficient and helpful. Even the machine did not seem as painful as I remembered it from years past. I loved the pink gowns...really cute and classy.

Everyone was so kind and patient. My wait time was minimal - approximately 10 minutes. They were extremely adherrant to the Covid Regulations. They were really awesome. Everyone definately went the extra mile to make me feel like I was a special person.

The facility is clean, the registration process is very organized, and all of the social distancing protocols are in place. The employees are also very friendly.
