Best hospital I've ever been to in 37 years

Been waiting three days for results and staff is really rude and uncomprehending! The service they provide is good won’t lie but staff needs to be more friendly and understand peoples needs!

I was sent to the emergency room by my doctor because I have several blood clots in my left leg and possibly one in my right lung and after waiting for about three hours I asked the lady at the reception desk how much longer it would be and she talked to me like I was a dog. I have never been more embarrassed in front of others in my life. Needless to say I walked out of there and if I am still alive in the morning I am going to go to St Vincent’s hospital. I have been with Baptist for years and all of my specialists are with Baptist as well. Well I am leaving the entire group after that fiasco. And the outstanding bills that I have from my lung surgery” well they can wipe themselves with that. They can try to put it against my credit if they want and I don’t care. I have enough money in my retirement accounts that I won’t ever spend it all anyway. Good bye and good riddance Baptist.

The entire staff from scheduling doctors and nurses are always professional, friendly and are willing to help the patient. Been a patient at this facility for several years very happy with the service that I received and recommend a consultation visit If considering changing doctor.

From the beginning when I checked in with Vanessa, and she checked me in, with care and compassion she made the process as quickly as possible.then I met the nurse Marie who again was so kind and pleasant and allayed all my fears.I had an amazing team of people around me to get the “cardiverersion “ done.The hospital is beautiful, with sunlight everywhere. It is MY hospital now to go to if needed.

This facility has murdered two of my family members.....with a poor bed side manner and the negligence to the patients. they have no clue how to care for humans. 100% completely incompetent!! Stolen my mother's jewelry. I gave them a mother and they gave me a body using covid as a hostage tool!!!!!!

Pleasant nurses and doctors who pay a lot of attention to details. I've had 3 procedures there ( open heart, valve replacement and pacemaker) and would definitely recommend them.

I have never witnessed such lack of care and cruelty. My 95 year old mother passed away after being starved for a week. I feel treatment was withheld because of her age. Her name is Dorothy Louise Rogers and my name is Evelyn Jacobs.

Have only seen new construction job site. Looks to become significant landmark in medical progress

Very professional and friendly. Been a patient for a while and though no place is perfect they always strive to make the patient feel as though they’re the priority.
